Given the quantity of ingredients and level of processing, most vegan fake meat profucts are actually ultra processed foods - and by their very nature extremely unhealthy!

Before he sang “You’re Beautiful,” James Blunt says he was ordered to overpower 200 Russian soldiers at an airport in Kosovo.
He questioned the order. Then a British general came on the radio.
It was June 1999. Blunt was 25, serving as a British Army officer near the front of a NATO force advancing toward Pristina airport. Russian troops had arrived first.
According to Blunt, they pointed their weapons at his men and warned them against entering.
The instruction he says came down from NATO commander General Wesley Clark was to “overrun and overpower the Russians.”
Blunt had armed troops behind him. The Russians were standing in front of them. Carrying out the order risked turning a dispute over an airport into a direct military confrontation.
He began questioning the instructions.
Then General Mike Jackson intervened.
At the Oxford Union, Blunt recalled Jackson’s words:
“I will not have my soldiers be responsible for starting World War III.”
The troops pulled back and surrounded the airfield.
Blunt says that two days later, the Russians asked to share their food and water. The British response was that they could share supplies if the Russians shared access to the airport.
The wider standoff still required negotiations. It would be misleading to say one young officer settled the entire crisis himself.
But listen to how Blunt tells the story.
He calls it the moment of his life he would most like to be remembered for. Then, after describing the confrontation, he makes a point of giving Jackson the credit.

Alexander Skarsgård laughing off Miriam Margolyes casually claiming she felt a "sexual connection" when he looked at renting her apartment reveals how we navigate social surprise. We protect our image not by fighting awkwardness, but by leaning into the humor. Grace is just panic managed well.

Anna Kendrick doing a British impression with that much confidence is already funny before she even finishes the sentence.
What makes impressions entertaining is how much personality goes into getting the little details right. The accent, the rhythm, the expressions, and the exaggerated delivery all have to come together. And when someone commits to the performance without holding back, the audience can hardly resist laughing.
That's what makes Graham Norton's sofa such a great place for these moments. Put talented actors together, give them room to be silly, and suddenly the interview becomes a comedy show of its own.
Anna clearly knows how to entertain an audience without taking herself too seriously.
Sometimes the accent isn't perfect, but the confidence deserves a standing ovation.

Some people have chemistry on screen. Emma Thompson and Hugh Grant have the kind that makes an ordinary conversation feel like a comedy sketch.
What makes their double act work is how naturally they play off each other. One can set up a joke without even finishing the sentence, and the other is already ready with a reaction. There’s no need to force the humor or compete for attention. The timing does the work.
That kind of ease usually comes from knowing someone well enough to predict their next move — and still being surprised by it. They can tease each other without making it feel rehearsed, which is exactly why these classic interview moments remain so entertaining.
The best comedy duos don’t just tell jokes. They make each other funnier.
And honestly, isn’t that a bigger talent than being the funniest person in the room?

Rubio has created the global challenges:
Kidnapping of a sovereign Venezuelan leader
The starvation of Cuba via blockade
The invasion of Canada and Greenland in the board
The war in Iran for Israel
The War in Ukraine for Blackrock
Economic crisis from his governments blockade on the Persian gulf
Militarising the pacific for dumb proxies to engage China in the future
@SenatorWong has supported those responsible absolutely.
Australia has created these global challenges too. Disgraceful.
Thank you to @SecRubio for bringing us together in Atlanta at a time of significant global challenges.
We discussed how Australia and the United States can continue to strengthen our alliance, support stability in our region and build greater economic security and resilience.

When you think what William and Kate have done to Harry and Meghan in cohoots with the media!
It what Charles and Camilla did to Diana!
They will make terrible monarchs.
No compassion or empathy.
No honour!

A letter about Thomas Markle reached the royals shared palace office, "unthinkable" ignorance. The Met failed to share it. Meanwhile, Epstein files were redacted. Media noise distracts from royal cost. What else do William and Kate know? 👑 #AbolishTheMonarchy
Prince William's, William Parker Bowles aide that testified against Meghan and in favour of the Daily Mail, the newspaper who has been catering promoting protecting and paying Thomas Markle the pedophile, is allegedly and probably the person who received the letter from the Met police that revealed Thomas Markle was a pedophile. He was head of affairs in the office of William and Kate and Harry and Meghan. This person who has had a personal grudge against Meghan.
He is Prince Williams closest aide right now. He should be asked who has the original letter. He should be investigated about his close relationship with the British tabloids. What was his role?? Was a senior Royal involved in stopping the investigation about Thomas Markle and what was the goal??

An unpopular opinion to be sure but I honestly think that even if Harry had never met Meghan - the royals are in the same spot they are now.
They would have still protected Andrew.
C & C would still be desperately unpopular.
William and Kate would still be lazy as hell.

As a dual British American I sincerely think it’s time to abolish the monarchy completely.
William and Kate are AWFUL PEOPLE AND..
I BELIEVE they will be worse than Charles and Camilla by far.
He’s already cheated, horrible landlords and turned on his brother. Yeah no thanks
This says an awful lot about William and Kate. This shows that they learned of Thomas Markle’s child abuse allegations before Prince Harry and Meghan, as KP would always inform the heir first.
Then, they covered it up, made Meghan’s life a living nightmare, and had the UK media portray Thomas, as the poor father who is abandoned by his heartless daughter.
Wank is sickening.

William and Kate cannot keep hiding behind palace silence. Questions remain over the Thomas Markle letter, the shared royal communications office and the Met’s handling of it. Meanwhile, scrutiny of royal privilege and the Epstein files must not disappear. #AbolishTheMonarchy

Kicking working families off their land with a 6 month notice and pricing them out of their own homes is an absolute joke. William and Kate are not sorry for doing it.
They are only sorry because the farmers yelled, the public kicked off, and he got caught out.
Where are all the royal reporters today?
They were cheering him on last week but they are completely silent now that he has had to back down and apologise. It is absolute rubbish. #DuchyOfCornwall #PrinceWilliam
