The PRECEDE study is for individuals with a heritable risk of pancreatic cancer and those with cystic tumors of the pancreas, groups with an increased risk of pancreatic cancer. Learn how you can join and help drive early detection. #precedestudy#trovanow#early detection

Several questions built in to this. First is patient selection - I'm a big believer in allowing biology to declare itself. BR002 reminds us that even that may not be enough. Regarding RT - modality probably not as important as dose, volume, and coverage.

IF there is any role for chemoRT in gastric, it's neoadjuvant. I'm not sure you can reliably identify an at-risk target post-operatively. And the efficacy will be limited by relative hypoxia in the field.

Thanks. This is a weird conversation. No one knew what to do at the time and screw ups were not the sole property of any one group. It's easy to be brave when you already know the end result.

Do you stick with just one album for the entire grant?

As it should be. The public pays for this work.
BREAKING: White House issues new policy that will require, by 2026, all federally-funded research results to be freely available to public without delay, ending longstanding ability of journals to paywall results for up to 1 year. Coverage coming on @ScienceInsider.

I treat inguinals for any anal canal involvement. This is a disease for which we maximize local control. I might reconsider for patients at elevated risk for toxicity (e.g. obesity) if minimal borderline involvement and cN0.
