One of my friends makes $1.2M a year as an Anthropic engineer.
I asked him how he became so good at prompting. He sent me a video that was never meant to be public: Anthropic’s core team prompting playbook.
You’ll struggle to find a better 30-minute guide to prompting than this.
I watched it last night. Halfway through, I realized I’d been using Claude completely wrong for the past two years.
Watch it. Bookmark it.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video is a public recording of Anthropic's official "The Prompting Playbook" session from their Code with Claude event, presented by engineer Margot van Laar and uploaded to the Claude YouTube channel, not a private core team resource never meant to be public.

Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI):
“You no longer need to write prompts.”
That sounds crazy.
But in just 38 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT at a level most people haven’t even discovered yet.
This was a talk he gave to Stanford students.
A friend sent me the recording last night.
I watched it.
And honestly, it made me realize something:
I was probably using only ~15% of what ChatGPT can actually do.
Most people use ChatGPT like this:
→ Ask a question
→ Get an answer
→ Copy it
→ Done.
But that’s only the beginning.
The real power comes when you stop treating ChatGPT like a search box and start treating it like a thinking partner.
You can use it to:
→ Research ideas
→ Analyze complex information
→ Build workflows
→ Improve your decision-making
→ Create content
→ Write and debug code
→ Automate repetitive tasks
→ Turn vague ideas into structured plans
→ Build systems that continuously improve their own output
And the most interesting part?
You can create a system where you don't have to keep writing the perfect prompt every time.
Instead, the system learns what you want, asks the right questions, evaluates its own output, and improves the result.
That changes everything.
The goal isn't to become better at “prompt engineering.”
The goal is to build workflows where AI does more of the thinking for you.
Watch the full 38-minute talk.
Then read the guide I’m sharing below on how to build a system that prompts itself.
Once you understand this, you’ll never use ChatGPT the same way again.

Getting the AI character to dance is one thing. Getting the final video to flow is another. 👀 Codex can control CapCut Web through supported editing steps, helping you work with the rendered character footage and refine the sequence. Conversational editing lets you describe changes in plain language instead of adjusting every clip manually.
Less fiddling with the timeline, more time getting the vibe right.

The music gets bigger halfway through the ad, right as the narration reaches the main benefit.
With Edit Pilot in CapCut PC, I can describe level changes for the selected section and listen to the revised mix. Checking the lead-in and the following shots helps me judge whether the adjustment fits the sequence.
Keep the energy of the soundtrack while giving the campaign's most useful line a clear place in the mix.

It is great to finally have a version of this where I do not have to struggle with the video model regarding voice ownership. I am planning to try Chimera on ElevenCreative this afternoon.
What if your character could finally say it themselves? With Chimera they can.
Chimera pairs two of the world’s leading models, Eleven v4 and Seedance 2.5, to create realistic video with rich, emotional voices.
In ElevenCreative, create or upload a character, write their line, and pick a voice or design one to match. Direct the performance with audio tags like [whispers], [laughs] and [yells] to control the timing and mood of every word.
Eleven v4 puts the emotion in the voice. Seedance 2.5 carries it onto the face.

I used Lovart 2.0 to build my personal brand kit for “Learn AI with Me”: logo, avatar, X header, Telegram cover and post templates, all from one prompt.
Arti, Lovart’s first personal design agent, remembered my style: clean and minimal, indigo to violet, plus my audience of AI enthusiasts and creators.
Then it took initiative. Its Canvas Check-up flagged that my X header logo would be covered by my profile picture, and that my avatar looked different on every piece. After I confirmed, Arti moved the logo to a safe zone, rebuilt one master avatar, and added a favicon I didn’t have.
I also set a Delegated Task, and Arti researched this week’s trending AI tools and made 3 X post graphics in my template while I was away.

Apple’s new phone folds open. And it quietly fixes the thing you hate most about your phone.
A guy has carried two devices for 9 years. A phone in his left pocket. A tablet in his bag. Every day he does the same dance. Reply to an email on the phone. Switch to the tablet because the screen is too small. Lose his place. Switch back.
He assumed that’s just how life works when you want to get real work done.
Last month, his friend, who works in product design and has watched Apple build things from the inside for years, saw him juggling both devices at a coffee shop and smiled.
You’re carrying a problem Apple just solved.
What do you mean?
Look at what Apple just did with the iPhone Duo. It isn’t a bigger phone. It’s the end of the two-device life.
He didn’t believe it until he saw how it actually works.
Here’s every way it changed how he uses his phone:🧵

Your phone is not personal.
It’s a data sensor with a camera.

A 19-year-old Japanese student built a trading bot with Claude Code in 2 days.
Used his iPad as a second monitor.
First night: $6,732 profit.
Starting capital: $68.
Total profit so far: $750,000.
Here's how it works:
The bot scans over 50 markets simultaneously.
Syncs live BTC data from Binance every second.
Spots price errors before humans even notice.
The edge is pure speed + pattern recognition.
While traders stare at charts trying to predict the next move, his bot is already executing on mispricing across dozens of markets.
No guessing.
No emotions.
No hesitation.
Just Claude Code logic finding gaps that close in seconds.
He built the entire system in 48 hours:
→ Claude Code handles the trading logic
→ Binance API feeds real-time BTC data
→ iPad displays multi-market monitoring
→ Executes trades when arbitrage windows open
The system runs 24/7.
Every price dislocation = profit opportunity.
Most people are still trading manually, refreshing charts, second-guessing entries.
Meanwhile this 19-year-old engineering student turned $68 into $750K by letting Claude Code do what humans can't: process 50 markets instantly and execute without fear.
Why are people still trading manually?
💡 I'm giving away the exact Claude Code setup for free.

A man ate 41 free hotel breakfasts without ever staying at the hotel.
Every morning at 7:15, he walked into the dining room in a pressed shirt, nodded at the host and said, "Room 214."
The host, a 20-year-old on his first job, said, "Good morning, sir, enjoy your breakfast."

WALL STREET spends millions building quant systems.
I spent $20 on AI.
Last night:
• broke • stressed • rent overdue • almost out of money
So I gave an AI agent one job:
“Find profitable Polymarket traders and build me an edge.
Then I went to sleep.
I woke up to: +$4,237.
While I slept, the system:
• scanned 10,000+ wallets • tracked conviction + timing • detected mispriced odds • mapped breaking news to live markets • executed trades automatically
94 trades. Zero manual input.
No emotions. No hesitation. Just data moving faster than humans.
People think AI is replacing workers.
They’re missing the bigger shift:
One person now has access to tools that used to belong only to Wall Street firms.
If you have: • AI • a laptop • internet
You can build your own trading machine.
