He pleaded guilty in 2001 to trying to bribe Jim Traficant (gifts & repairs on the crazy congressman's house boat).
And somehow he ended up in charge of the Reflecting Pool. This blows my mind.
Mesmerized by this photo of John J. Cafaro, the contractor behind Trump’s Reflecting Pool job, at the Republican midterm convention.

With a Code Red air quality forecast for Friday, this seems like a good time to show you where to find current and predicted air quality on our app and website...
Capital Weather App: Scroll down the home screen to the "More From Capital Weather" section. Tap to see the menu of options and then tap "Air, Pollen & UV"
CapitalWeather.com: Scroll down to below the hourly/7-day data widget and click or tap "Air, Pollen & UV" next to "Enhanced Hourly" (on desktop/laptop, this is about halfway down the right sidebar). You can also get to it by choosing "Health" from the top navigation menu.

My @washingtonsun column on 3 decades of Lindsey in Congress:
He contradicted just about every position he ever took. He moved all over ideological map. He was Robin searching for his Batman.
“Chaos monster,” one colleague said.
But he was always in mix.
