How about instead of adding a pink ribbon to their products this month, companies actually remove the ingredients from their products that CAUSE cancer?!

There is a lot of talk about the potential for AI to replace physicians in the future. There is not nearly enough talk about its ability to replace administrators today.

Hello friends! Our Supreme Court appeal for physician free speech is set to be considered at the end of this month. Please pray the justices take on the case! Thus far, the courts have ruled that doctors' speech can be mandated during CME teaching. The lower court has even said that physicians are agents of the state when they are teaching CME--though all my doctor friends know that CME is a private system! We need to overturn this dangerous law so that CME doesn't become the mouthpiece for government narratives--no matter which party is in charge! We need to preserve the autonomy of medicine! You can get the details of the case here in this article by at @ReemAmirIbrahim at @reason magazine : reason.com/2026/09/18/scotus… Thank you for your support!

When I was a kid, bedtime was 9 pm. I couldn't wait to be a grownup so I could go to bed anytime I wanted. Turns out that is 9 pm.

From the architect of Obamacare...first, load doctors down with heavy government regulations & then claim autonomous AI needs to replace them because human care is too inefficient. His career is known for prioritizing top-down control over actual patient-doctor relationships.
AI alone will provide better medical care than physicians, or even physicians working with AI. AI will likely be ready to be deployed for real-world cognitive medical tasks in some, maybe many, workflows by 2030. Now is the time for leadership to develop workflows and regulation. I wish adults got field trips. Why are we just going to work every day like that’s all there is to life??? Take us to the aquarium. Take us to the zoo. Take us to a museum. I’m tired of spreadsheets. I want to see penguins.

The new proposed CMS split scheduling physician reimbursement rule is especially devastating and harmful for rural patients - some of who wait months and travel hours for specialist appointments. Now one visit turns into two, and months could turn into half a year or more for simple but potentially life-changing interventions or procedures. This is despicable @DrOzCMS and more importantly, this will harm both patients and physicians. Like most clinicians, I am morally opposed to waste and fraud, but a blanket decision like this is like burning down the house to kill a cockroach.

MEDICARE PATIENTS: Please repost this message so other Medicare patients see it. Your community doctor is disappearing. Over the past 15 years, America has lost the vast majority of its independent private practices. As independent physicians disappear, patients are waiting months to see a doctor and access to timely care is being threatened. If Medicare continues on its current course, more physicians will be forced to opt out of Medicare or close their practices, putting your access to your trusted community doctor at risk. Medicare policy is being made without a private practicing physician at the table—and patients will ultimately pay the price. Call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) and email [email protected] today. Tell CMS to protect independent private practice medicine and make sure a private practicing physician has a seat at the table. After you call or email, reply “DONE” in the comments. Together, we can make sure CMS hears from hundreds of thousands of MEDICARE PATIENTS. @CMSGov @mcuban @AARP

Private equity buying hospitals = patients dying. But, who is prevented from owning hospitals due to “conflicts of interest”? Doctors. It’s time to end the sellout to PE and let doctors be doctors without business tyranny @Codie_Sanchez @DutchRojas
One in four emergency departments in the United States is now staffed by a private equity-owned physician group. Two corporate staffing giants, Envision and TeamHealth, have moved to control over half of all ER departments in the country. The story repeats itself everywhere: acquire the contract, cut physician hours, replace experienced doctors with lower-cost providers, and extract profit from the most critical point of care in the healthcare system. A September 2025 study in the Annals of Internal Medicine examined over 1 million ER visits across 49 private equity-owned hospitals and found that patient death rates rose by 13% after acquisition compared with similar independent ERs. As deaths rose, emergency department salary expenses dropped by an average of 18%. In April, 45 physicians at Valley Health in Winchester, Virginia, with a 25-year history of serving six hospitals, learned that their contracts had been terminated on a hospital-wide Zoom call. They had met or surpassed every performance metric. @ChelleWards and @tracybeanz break down what happened, what's driving it, and what it means for the doctor you'll see the next time you walk into an emergency room. Four million physician hours are spent on mandatory modules each year. They represent not just clinical time lost but “evenings reclaimed and cognitive load reduced.” Redundant training and low-value modules should be a thing of the past. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam…
