This is the part people need to understand.
They don’t need a court order or a constitutional mechanism. They need enough coordinated voices — media, NGOs, Democratic governors, and foreign governments — saying the same thing at the same time.
The Insurrection Act is the trigger they want. Once it’s invoked, the pre-written narrative is ready: Trump is illegitimate, the governors are now the highest authority.
It’s the same legitimacy model used abroad, applied to the United States.
