Norm Eisen started the lawfare nonprofit CREW. When he left, Noah Bookbinder took over. Norm and Noah co-authored the model prosecution memo for Jack Smith’s election interference case. Norm also co-authored the classified documents prosecution memo. Judge Cannon dismissed the documents case after ruling that Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional because he had not been confirmed by the Senate. After Judge Cannon threw out the case, Noah Bookbinder issued a statement saying her ruling must be appealed. He argued that her ruling was wrong and challenged the legal reasoning behind her conclusion that Jack Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional. Fast forward to today, and CREW has discovered the Constitution’s Appointments Clause, as they have filed a lawsuit claiming Jared Kushner was illegally appointed. What they are doing is going on a fishing expedition in preparation for Weaponization 2.0 if Democrats take back the House. Rep. Robert Garcia said family corruption was one of the four lines of attack Democrats plan to launch in January 2027. The lawsuit against Jared Kushner appears to be part of the groundwork for that strategy.

You want to wash the money into far left wing NGOs. Otherwise you'd directly fund the next generation of Americans via the Trump Accounts. These tricks won't work. You are plotting to do great evil to the country, and world.

🚨The American people must be able to trust the impartiality of our Nation's judges. Unfortunately, some judges have breached that trust by taking politically partisan positions that the laws written by Congress should not be enforced against illegal aliens. This @TheJusticeDept will not let that stand.
Impartiality is imperative to ensuring public trust in our Nation’s judiciary. Judge Schiltz’s and Judge Tunheim’s on-the-record participation in a recent highly partisan New York Times Article, along with Judge Schiltz’s subsequent public comments, unquestionably calls into doubt whether they can be impartial in these cases. A judge who has publicly taken a political side on the issue of enforcing our Nation’s immigration laws cannot then preside over a case concerning one of the Justice Department’s key immigration enforcement initiatives.

The Democrats’ decades long march through the institutions began with universities, the media, and the bureaucracy. Under Obama, it expanded into the legal system, including the DOJ, FBI, and judiciary, laying the groundwork for the lawfare unleashed during Trump’s first term. Under Biden, the process accelerated, both through the intensification of lawfare and the appointment of a litany of horrendous judges. All along, Trump was merely the excuse. The objective was always to build the machinery of de facto one-party rule. The Supreme Court is the last missing piece of the puzzle. That is what this is ultimately about.

The WaPo recently revealed in passing that the feds were dubious of Ilhan Omar's marriage to her alleged brother. We know this because WaPo reported that the alleged Brother-Husband filed a petition with immigration authorities to change the status on his marriage-based green card from conditional to permanent. That petition requires spouses to jointly demonstrate with a raft of supportive personal and financial records, and sworn affidavits, that the marriage was legitimate and "not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws." When the feds presented the alleged Brother-Husband with follow-up questions over the petition, he withdrew it and fled the country. That petition was almost certainly jointly filed with Omar, with both she and the alleged Brother-Husband, each attesting under penalty of perjury that the petition and supporting documents were "complete, true, and correct." As I documented in my book, American Ingrate (amazon.com/American-Ingrate-…), as rumors first swirled in 2016 that Omar had married her brother, she retained immigration counsel who FOIA'd her immigration file from the feds to look for any potential improprieties. I obtained records indicating that among other things, her counsel was likely looking for the very petition she would have filled out with the alleged Brother-Husband. I've got the full story @fdrlst thefederalist.com/2026/10/21…

This is a blatant lie. Slotkin did not simply tell graduates to “avoid” the White House. She said she’d pursue “signature cases” against them because they lacked immunity, and that she’d make examples of them. The FCC needs to aggressively pursue these media lawfare operatives.
If you commit a criminal act or use taxpayer dollars in a way that violates the law, you should be held accountable. President Trump and his allies have used manufactured outrage about what I said because they wanna talk about anything but what's going on right now in places like Michigan.

The retreat has begun, with Slotkin apparently realizing just how spectacularly her arrogance has backfired and now desperately scrambling to bury her own words beneath vacuous platitudes about prosecuting illegal acts. Normally, this is the point where conservatives say, “Well, she seems to have seen the error of her ways, so let's move on.” But that would be an enormous mistake. We all heard what she said and no amount of retrospective word games can erase it. If anything, this transparent attempt at damage control is all the more reason to go absolutely scorched earth on her and the entire lawfare machine.
I have been clear for some time on where I stand on prosecuting corruption and illegal acts. In a speech a few weeks ago, I said we need to hold accountable the people and institutions who stole billions of our taxpayer dollars and weaponized the government against its people. And we need a list of signature cases that go after some of the most obvious and harmful abuses of taxpayer dollars. If Kristi Noem steered $200 million in taxpayer dollars to a friend's company to make her TV ads, as GOP sources suggest, she should be held accountable. If Doug Burgum gave a $13 million no-bid contract for the reflecting pool, he should be held accountable. And if Jeanine Pirro used the Department of Justice to go after the president's enemies without any legal basis, she should lose her law license, in line with the law.

This is disgusting Mark and I am praying for you and to the Lord for Justice.
As someone who has been the target of Democrat lawfare that left permanent damage, I could not agree more with what @HansMahncke said in this article. Please give it a read. Back in 2020, Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight organization and their attorney Marc Elias filed a federal lawsuit against me and some of my friends. They alleged we had committed “voter intimidation” under the Voting Rights Act for lawfully challenging voters under OCGA 21-2-230 who may have become unqualified. Meanwhile, I was fully expecting a subpoena or indictment from Fani Willis—people around me were already being targeted by her and Nathan Wade. Then in late 2022 the Biden DOJ entered the Fair Fight case, and I became convinced that our Obama-appointed judge was going to railroad us and then the DOJ would indict me. A few weeks before the trial the stress got so bad I went into heart failure. For months I couldn’t walk more than a few feet without a walker and used a wheelchair outside the house. I couldn’t even attend our two-week hearing; my doctor wrote a letter and I testified over Zoom. Earlier this year I learned Jack Smith had also obtained a secret subpoena for my phone records from October 2020–January 2021—while the DOJ was also involved in the Fair Fight case. It was all straight up Democrat lawfare from start to finish, and we won that case on January 2, 2024. I’ve since recovered to a large extent, but the damage is permanent. I am a heart-failure patient and, statistically, my life will likely be cut short. This is exactly the kind of damage they want to inflict, and the great irony is that I was the one accused of voter intimidation. As @MZHemingway said years ago, “The process is the punishment.” Intimidating us and taking us off the field is their goal! Senator Slotkin recently said the quiet part out loud in Chicago. And now we learn they’ve compiled records on hundreds of thousands more of us—activists, lawyers, journalists, donors, even people who bought MAGA hats. You may be in those records too. Will you let them intimidate you—or will you stand up and fight these bastards?

The bitter irony of @Lily4Liberty running against Jake Sullivan’s wife is that Lily fled the Chinese communists while Sullivan is now out there shilling for them. And let's not forget that Sullivan’s wife, Maggie Goodlander, led the bogus Ukraine impeachment against Trump as House counsel. Lily has every reason to lean much harder into the whole sordid mess of Democratic lawfare, political incestuousness and, of course, China appeasement.

This man stood by and let the Chinese do pretty much whatever they wanted. If he is never allowed near the halls of power ever again it will be too soon. He floated giving back Taiwan to China to obtain peace in our time and was clueless October 7. Awful track record

She realized she can't escape the ratio on any post about her creepy fascist fantasy, and she doesn't feel one bit sorry about what she said, so now she's like, "Meanwhile, in Albania..." 🤡🤡
Over the last few days, I’ve gotten a bunch of concerned calls from Michiganders about the escalating violence in Albania, among other European countries. The Albanian people have the right to protest peacefully and hold their elected officials accountable. Likewise, the Albanian government has a duty to uphold the rule of law, protect protestors against the excessive use of police force, clean up corruption, and respond to citizens’ concerns. I urge both sides to do all they can to deescalate and find a peaceful way to move forward.

Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward (@ASGWoodward) is one of the most serious and competent officials we have in the entire administration. It was a privilege to share the stage with him at our Barfare Conference in September. He understands the moment and is uniquely equipped to lead us at this time.
Laura, you should be transparent with your followers, and you are dead wrong about Stanley. He is a patriot who is fighting for POTUS and the American people every day. Decisions in cases like Camp Lejeune are made by me, ODAG, Stanley’s team, the civil division and the trial team, consulting with and keeping the White House counsel’s office and DOW updated along the way. We love our veterans and we want to get these cases right. Find a different obsession other than going after one of DOJ’s best fighters.

Did you know that DOJ’s Associate Attorney General @ASGWoodward served as a defense attorney for numerous January 6 defendants? When no one else would defend those targeted by Biden’s weaponized DOJ, Stanley Woodward stepped up. He’s the fighter we need at DOJ! 🇺🇸

Is it even possible to cram more weasel words into a single sentence? A “small group” is “discreetly advising” lawmakers to “prepare” for the “possibility” that Trump “will attempt” to interfere, all “according to people involved.” The whole thing is yet another brazen hoax.
A small group of U.S. national security officials has been discreetly advising state and congressional lawmakers on how to prepare for the possibility that the Trump administration will attempt to interfere in the midterms, according to people involved. wapo.st/3WjVke5
