This stat feels too wild to be true... but it is! 🤯
Text that reads "Cutter Gauthier #61. First player in NHL history to record multiple power-play goals in three straight games." Below that is three photos of Cutter Gauthier in Ducks uniforms with the text "Two goals" and the date of each performance.

And? No supplemental discipline. Do you remember when Cogliano’s Ironman streak got snapped for a hit far less egregious than this one?

With the Ducks D having been terrible for the past several years…I have been willing to play the kids there because they literally couldn’t do worse. At least they can skate and have more mobility. Small sample size, but I’m feeling a little vindicated thus far.

The legendary mullet. He was a great coach for those Gretzky Kings teams and a fantastic broadcaster. Young me watching those teams long before there were Anaheim Ducks really held him in high regard. RIP Coach Melrose.

I’ve seen a lot of comments saying “it’s sad what sports journalism has become.” I don’t feel this is framed correctly. There are TONS of talented writers and reporters eager to tell in-depth, humanizing stories. But they’re not valued as they should be. (Thread)
