Whale Observation:
Whales seem to punt a long position by sending $BTC to derivatives exchanges from other exchanges when the price is at the bottom.
Each time this indicator hit the peak, the funding rate across all exchanges gets neutral.

Regarding indicators
Personally I find RSI and OB indicators to be extremely unreliable in bull trends. Bull markets become OB and stay OB. Grand bull markets become and stay grandly OB. Only triple non-confirmations between price and indicator should be considered reliable.
