How the COOL PAD vote works:
1. Rules first. The creator sets everything before the vote: supply, creator bag, vesting, fees. All public. Change anything = a new vote.
2. Every wallet has the right to vote, but the voice is earned. It comes from what the wallet did on-chain, not from what it holds: it bought, it held, it didn't dump. A new wallet earns it in a couple of weeks. Bots, farms and ruggers never do, and wallets funded from the same source count as one.
3. Enough independent YES = launch. Then the contract enforces the rest: liquidity locked forever, creator bag vested. Not us, the code.

A lookalike "Tolly" on @arc copies the first and last characters of the real TOLLY address, and shows MORE holders than the real one (11,799 vs 10,598).
How: on the day it was created, one contract sent exactly 0.5 USDC to 2,604 wallets, and each of them received the lookalike. A holder count made, not earned.
