How the COOL PAD vote works:
1. Rules first. The creator sets everything before the vote: supply, creator bag, vesting, fees. All public. Change anything = a new vote.
2. Every wallet has the right to vote, but the voice is earned. It comes from what the wallet did on-chain, not from what it holds: it bought, it held, it didn't dump. A new wallet earns it in a couple of weeks. Bots, farms and ruggers never do, and wallets funded from the same source count as one.
3. Enough independent YES = launch. Then the contract enforces the rest: liquidity locked forever, creator bag vested. Not us, the code.

In 11 days we counted 6,316 new USDC pools on @arc. 6,169 of them had most of their liquidity pulled within 15 minutes.
Bots fake the crowd. Insiders fake the holders. So we are building the opposite: a launch you have to earn.
COOL PAD: Proof-of-Community (concept today, testnet next).
1. The creator sets every rule up front (start, creator allocation, vesting, fees) and locks them before the vote.
2. Vote weight comes from on-chain history, not from how many wallets you can spin up.
3. Every trade grows the project's building in COOLTOWN and sends part of the fee to an on-chain COOL burn.
4. ArcScore checks liquidity and holder spread before it moves in.
5. Our rocket carries it from Launch Bay into the city.
No votes, no launch. Change a rule, the vote restarts.
