The gorgeous OV-1 Mohawk on display at MAPS. Did you know that in 1968 a OV-1 pilot shot down a MiG-17 with mix of 50cal and FFAR’s? The army didn’t formally acknowledge the kill until 2007!!!

This spin, as spectacular as it was, was voluntary. In 1974 a campaign to study the effects of a spin on Jaguar was conducted, the single-seater tests were conducted by the French and the two-seater by the British. The aircraft used by the French, the Jaguar 'M05' still exists.
