If only we had a salary cap, fans would be treated better smh... Those poor owners.
🚨 BREAKING:
Two brothers who paid $1,000 EACH for Milwaukee Brewers "Timeless Tickets" over a decade ago are now accusing the team of NOT honoring its original promise.
Back in 2014, the Brewers sold tickets that never expired and could be redeemed for any future home game, including the World Series.
The brothers held onto their tickets for over a DECADE, waiting for Milwaukee to reach the World Series.
Now that the moment has finally arrived, they say the Brewers are only offering terrace-level seats or standing-room-only tickets instead of the best available seats they believed were promised.
To make matters worse, the brothers say the tickets being offered are worth LESS than the $1,000 they originally paid.
WILD.

They’ll probably do a better job than us
The Brewers vs Rays World Series is gonna have slightly higher ratings than Rangers vs Dbacks just due to the increased interest in the sport… which is due to Shohei and the Dodgers.
Still, MLB’s worst case scenario right before the lockout.
Pirates owner is scared of paying Paul Skenes ARB years and apparently that’s the Dodgers fault according to Pirates fans…
Paul Skenes salary will be out of the Pirates comfort zone after next season and he will likely be playing somewhere else in 2028, per @JPerrotto

Random twitter account says something but since it’s Japanese everyone over here has no idea they have trolls as well and takes it seriously.
Guys do your reading please.

Doesn't mean I don't love those guys, they're incredible all time Dodgers. Shohei still has prime years left, but Mookie is gonna be 35 this time next year, he's approaching the cliff performance wise and that's okay.
His career was incredible and im grateful hes a dodger

It’s gonna be a real sad awakening when one of two things happen.
Either there is a salary cap and the Dodgers contracts already on the books are grandfathered in and everyone calls it cheating.
Or
There is no cap because my gosh look at the teams left…

I’d agree and depending on performance you just switch the lineup around midway through the season.
I also could see him as a leadoff hitter since the OBP is so good

Not even mad... first time we've all seen this in a while.
Amazing run guys, go get younger and healthy and start a new dynasty next year!

The reason is their age... Muncy will be 37 this time next year. Freddie will be 38.
They will continue to decline, even if they still had good seasons this year. Father time is undefeated. I love those guys and hope we can win one more ring next year to send them off.
