As I am posting where the skies are always blue, I am using a booming circle to cull the ones I am following. I think I have said sayonara to 400 already. If you don't follow me, you won't read this, and OK. You are on the list not to be followed. I've lost 50 since 11/5.

No offense to any of my modest number of followers, but I have been over in the social media space where the skies are bluer, and that's why I have liked or commented on any of your posts. My feed is overall better there. Really hums. The one here looks like MySpace or AOL.

I stopped here, really. But I have my 14-post thread over there as to how JLPT went this afternoon.

Physical activity reduces disease riskβ€”but it’s only part of the equation. Even in those meeting physical activity guidelines (>150 minutes of moderate-vigorous activity per week), excessive sedentary time (>10.6 hours/day) increases the risk of future cardiovascular disease: ➑️15% greater risk of heart failure ➑️33% higher risk of cardiovascular disease mortality Even small decreases in sedentary time further reduced risk (e.g., 30 min less sedentary time lowered risk of heart failure by 7%). Why it’s important to not only move, but move often.

I wonder if this guy will get listened to by the Dem Elites. (Probably not.)

10/ Those are hard things for the left. A firm break with neoliberalism. Listen to poor and rural people, men in crisis. Don't decide for them. Pick fights. Embrace populism. Build a big tent. Be less judgmental. But we are beyond small fixes.
