YouTube Support COMPLETELY failed me. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else, so please look at this. I started making YouTube content in JANUARY 2025. For 11 months, I made Roblox videos 271 VIDEOS, ZERO PROBLEMS. I never promoted anything or told viewers to follow me elsewhere. Then NOVEMBER 23RD, 2025, I contacted YouTube Support because I had one simple question: AM I ALLOWED TO TELL PEOPLE TO FOLLOW ME ON ROBLOX IN VIDEOS? I couldn’t find anything in the guidelines saying I couldn’t, so I asked Support. They told me they couldn’t give me “EDITORIAL ADVICE.” I WASN’T ASKING FOR EDITORIAL ADVICE. I WAS ASKING IF IT WAS ALLOWED. They wouldn’t give me an explicit answer. They just told me to do what I want and read the guidelines. How is this support? You told me to do what I want and read the guidelines that didn’t mention what I was asking? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW THE RULES WHEN SUPPORT WON’T EVEN GIVE ME ANSWERS? WHAT’S CRAZY IS THEY WOULDN’T GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER SO I COULD FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES, BUT AFTER MY BAN THEY GAVE ME ANSWERS ABOUT MY OTHER CHANNELS AND I TRUSTED THEM. Then from NOVEMBER 24TH–29TH, I made CTA videos telling viewers they could follow me on Roblox for help with an in-game event. My channel went from 7K → 25K SUBSCRIBERS IN 5 DAYS. The event ended. I PLANNED TO RETURN TO MY NORMAL CONTENT. TOO LATE. The next day, YouTube terminated my channel for INCENTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND OFF PLATFORM REDIRECTING. SUPPORT WOULDN’T HELP ME THEN I GOT TERMINATED FOR IT I NEVER EVEN DROPPED A LINK. NO WARNING. NO STRIKE. APPEAL DENIED IN 9 MINUTES. Then DECEMBER 2ND, 2025, I contacted YouTube Support again about my PRE EXISTING SECOND CHANNEL. I asked if I could continue using it. THEY TOLD ME YES. I asked again. Another agent confirmed it. I asked AGAIN. THEY CONFIRMED IT AGAIN. So I trusted them and continued building. That channel eventually reached 40K SUBSCRIBERS, 10 MILLION VIEWS AND 1,000+ VIDEOS. Then MAY 13TH, 2026. YouTube’s outage started around 5 AM and lasted until around 8 AM. My upload time was 5:40 AM. Nothing would upload. I kept getting an “UNTITLED” ERROR and kept trying from 5:40–6:00 AM. 6:00 AM THE CHANNEL WAS REMOVED. 2 HOURS LATER, MY APPEAL WAS DENIED. I LOST 1,000+ VIDEOS AND ANOTHER FANBASE I BUILT. THEN JUNE 8TH CAME, AND YOUTUBE WIPED THE REST. I HAD 6 OTHER CHANNELS 5 HAD NO CONTENT AND JUST EXISTED. YOUTUBE SUPPORT WOULDN’T HELP ME, THEN THEY LED ME INTO BREAKING ANOTHER VIOLATION AND GETTING EVERYTHING ELSE REMOVED. YET I STILL CAN’T GET A SINGLE HUMAN REVIEW. I WANT A REVIEW OF ALL THIS. I’LL TAKE A DENIAL. JUST EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. Why did Support tell me my other channels were fine? Why was I allowed to continue? Why did my second channel get removed months later? Why were the rest only removed after that? And most importantly: WHY CAN’T I SHOW MY PROOF IN THE APPEAL? YouTube doesn’t let us submit screenshots or videos with these appeals. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS. I JUST CAN’T PUT THEM IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE DECIDING MY CASE. It has been 4 MONTHS. ZERO PROGRESS. I’m still here because I just want someone to actually look at what happened. THAT’S ALL I’M ASKING FOR. And I know other terminated creators are stuck in the same place, asking for help and getting nowhere.
