If something like the Internet Computer Protocol doesn’t succeed, I don’t see how Web3, crypto, DeFi… or even parts of Web2 don’t start to fall apart.
Because the same problem exists everywhere.
Web2 is built on complex, fragile infrastructure, heavily dependent on third-party vendors, constantly expanding the attack surface.
“Web3” is mostly built on top of that same infrastructure.
So all the dependencies, all the attack surfaces, all the vulnerabilities… they never actually go away.
And we’re already seeing it. Cybercrime is rising fast.
Hacks. Exploits. Drains. Data breaches. Constantly.
Now add AI into that equation:
faster attacks
automated exploits
scalable cybercrime
Traditional cybersecurity can't keep up.
At some point, it breaks.
People stop trusting DeFi
Systems fail more often
Breaches increase
And everything built on that foundation gets exposed
If the foundation doesn’t change, nothing else matters.
This isn’t just a Web3 problem.
It’s an internet infrastructure problem.
The solution is actually pretty simple:
A less complex, more unified web stack
Fewer dependencies
Smaller attack surface
Apps running in a tamper-resistant environment

hey @grok remove the most advanced vibe coding platform

Caffeine removed. It's the self-writing one on ICP, not just another vibe coder.
This guy's a joke. 😂
I guess $SOL and $NEAR look like "everything chains" when your entire definition of blockchain revolves around moving tokens, executing transactions, and arguing over scalability.
But shouldn't an EVERYTHING chain actually do everything?
Shouldn't it host the applications interacting with those tokens? The frontend, backend, data, and computation? Why should an "everything chain" still depend on Web2 infrastructure?
Like ICP...
It can handle financial applications AND run full-stack software, host websites, execute AI workloads, and provide decentralized cloud infrastructure.
We're talking about extending blockchain beyond financial transactions into solving much bigger problems involving cybersecurity, data sovereignty, and internet infrastructure.
An everything chain shouldn't just optimize one tiny slice of the internet. It should be capable of replacing the infrastructure underneath it.
That's the difference between an everything chain and an everything-token chain.
But I wouldn't worry too much about this guy anyway. He's got 65,300 followers, yet this post has around 3,600 views, 27 likes, and 22 replies after five hours.
I've seen accounts with a fraction of his following pull better numbers.

Everything chain only makes sense if you leave ICP out of the room.
Compare SOL or NEAR to a normal token chain and yeah, they look broad.
Compare them to ICP and the gap is embarrassing.
ICP runs the full stack on-chain. It hosts webpages, runs backend logic, stores data, executes compute, and serves AI.
All from canisters on subnets, no Web2 middleman. It has orthogonal persistence, so state survives upgrades natively. Chain Key gives it bridgeless access to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other networks. The reverse gas model means users never pay fees.
And because the entire internet stack lives on-chain, it attacks the actual problems: cybersecurity surface area, infrastructure complexity, data sovereignty.
What do SOL and NEAR do? They move tokens. They host small smart contract state to execute token logic. That's it.
Different execution environments, different consensus flavors, but still just rails for value transfer with a thin layer of programmability on top.
An everything chain should be able to replace the internet's infrastructure, not just optimize one slice of it.
By that definition, ICP is the only one even playing that game. The rest are competing for best token conveyor.
$ICP IS the everything chain.

We've just added Mistral Large 4 to Caffeine.
It's Mistral's largest most capable model yet. Use it to build a new app or keep improving one you've already started. On Caffeine, its credit price is lower than Claude Sonnet 5.5's.
You'll find it in the model menu, and you can switch between models in the same conversation.

Using $ICP infrastructure can prevent hacks.
I think @cz_binance @binance should take a look at this video if they are not yet aware of ICP.
@oisy is also something everyone should consider migrating to.
NNS + Oisy is all you need 👌

🚨💀The entire crypto space is going to ZERO.
The world's largest crypto exchange hit by what is the largest hack in crypto history.
And in my opinion, things are only going to get worse.
Good luck building trust and achieving mass adoption when billions can disappear through compromised infrastructure.
But here's the absolute irony of this entire situation.
The technology that could help solve these problems is BLOCKCHAIN ITSELF.
Yet nobody wants to talk about it because everyone's too busy fighting over their favorite tokens.
And I get the tribalism. Most chains are competing for the same piece of the pie. Transactions, tokens, and financial applications.
But look at the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP).
Chain-key cryptography. Threshold signatures. Decentralized infrastructure. Onchain applications. Multi-approver governance. Entire exchanges running onchain.
ICP has technology that could directly address the centralized signing and infrastructure vulnerabilities behind many major crypto hacks, eliminating certain single points of failure rather than endlessly patching them.
And that's just ONE of its use cases.
We're talking about a blockchain capable of running full-stack applications, decentralized cloud infrastructure, sovereign AI, websites, and much more.
So you have two choices.
Sit back, keep fighting over your bags, and watch the industry's credibility go to zero.
Or start talking about actual solutions that could make blockchain technology safer, more useful, and capable of real-world mass adoption.
Start talking about ICP.
JUST IN: Binance issues statement following suspected crypto hack.
"Our teams are aware of reports of a potential security issue and are actively investigating. At this stage, we have not confirmed any impact to user funds.
Our security teams are reviewing all relevant information with urgency, and we will provide updates through official Binance channels as soon as we have verified information. "

Everyone's screaming, "Exchanges are getting hacked! Hardware wallets aren't safe! Hot wallets aren't either! WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO STORE OUR CRYPTO?!"
Here's a thought.
Why not use the same properties that make blockchain networks so resilient and safe to secure the actual wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure handling our money?
Build it ALL onchain. Frontend, backend, data, and secure signing. Eliminate entire categories of Web2 attack surfaces.
This is what ICP makes possible. The NNS is entirely on-chain. @oisy wallet is entirely on-chain. They use the same technology that makes blockchain so powerful for the entire stack.
Yet nobody wants to talk about it.
Stop fighting over tokens and start talking about solutions.
Start talking about REAL Web3. Start talking about ICP.

🚨Binance hit! Largest hack in crypto history!🚨
But you know what's ironic about all of this?
The entire industry won't shut up about blockchain being decentralized, tamper-resistant, immutable, and the future of technology.
Yet apparently those properties only matter when we're moving tokens around.
Why the hell aren't we using blockchain technology to secure the actual infrastructure those tokens depend on?
Most exchanges still rely heavily on Web2 infrastructure, with all its traditional attack surfaces.
Meanwhile, ICP lets you build the frontend, backend, and persistent data entirely onchain, eliminating certain infrastructure dependencies and reducing entire categories of attack surfaces.
It won't prevent every exploit, but isn't this EXACTLY the kind of problem blockchain technology should be helping solve?
We're sitting here hyping the security benefits of blockchain while barely discussing using those same properties to secure the applications handling billions of dollars.
How ridiculous is that?

"uncensored","private",“available to everyone” that's not a defender's toolkit, that's an attacker's, sold by Jasnah Inc. (aka NEAR.AI) through an API.
"secure enclaves" is intel TDX, which TEE.fail opened for under $1,000 last october. The data centers are under NDA so private from you, not from them.
So basically: Jasnah Inc. hosting other people's open-weight models on phala's stack and intel/nvidia chips. What does any of that have to do with $NEAR, besides a web2 company Jasnah Inc accepting the token as payment?
