Yes, thanks. As I said, we tried all possible troubleshooting found online. Is there any way we can share with you the details so someone can really laok into the issue?

We gave it to our comm manager but we have verified and he hasn't touched the channel since long time. We had an issue with a Gmail account (now deleted)that no one of us created a while ago so we're wondering if that might be the issue BUT, we have checked the takeover:nothing!

Hi, how can we get in touch to give you all details? We would appreciate your help on this matter. Thanks!

Thanks, just tried and still nothing. We are an NGO existing since 1949 and loosing our channel would be a disaster! Any additional support would be much appreciated

We're tried all troubleshooting found online. Channel simply vanished. We need your help please

Thanks! We've tried as well but it doesn't work

@TeamYouTube Seems that our channel has disappeared. Have already tried the standard troubleshooting steps. Could you please help investigate?
