A fascinating #GarranOration from @feraldata at the #IPAA2021 National Conference dinner. Particularly loved the references to tapping into 60,000 years of indigenous knowledges that, felt at times, says Prof Bell, “distinctly cybernetic.”

"Stewardship shouldn't be about constancy." @feraldata We should be continuously re-evaluating the work that we're doing in the public service and whether or not it is best for our constituents #ipaa2021
