Just popped in to @smhbasingstoke to thank the staff and someone had beaten me to it!
It’s been a crazy year. Did not see that coming 12 months ago! A lot has changed, a lot achieved. Feeling blessed 2 be involved with both @smhbasingstoke & @Rowanshospice as we continue to serve our great communities! Looking forward to a break now as I’m #DrivingHomeForChristmas

We're proud to share our staff's dedication to patients and their families: Susan, diagnosed with cancer in summer, couldn't attend her daughter's wedding. The hospice team organised a blessing in the gardens, led by chaplain Karen, creating precious memories.

This is devastating news.
Community hospice services are vital for providing quality, compassionate care at the most difficult times.
They also play an invaluable role in easing the pressure on hospitals.
