I GAVE MY GROK BOT $53 AND ONE RULE: THE SMALLER THE MOVE, THE BIGGER THE LEVERAGE $53 → $6,238. 20 hours. The 26x trade and the 14x trade made almost the same return. Most people pick leverage by gut. 20x feels bold, 50x feels bolder, and the coin itself barely comes into it. My bot picks it off the move. It runs a perp desk on BTC, ETH, SOL, AVAX and SUI and trades whichever way the board is going. The day was red, so nearly everything went short. The one long was a SOL bounce in hour 6. - BTC short at 26x, coin moved about 3.8%, 98% on margin - ETH short at 24x, about 4.6%, 111% - SOL long at 16x, about 6.2%, 99% - AVAX short at 15x, about 6.9%, 103% - SUI short at 14x, about 8.3%, 116% Read it top to bottom. The move more than doubles, the leverage almost halves, and the return stays between 98% and 116%. So leverage isn’t a confidence dial here, it’s arithmetic. A big position gets about half the stack, leverage is set for the move the bot expects, and the position rides to the take-profit and closes in one piece. The dollars still climbed. The first big close paid $42 in hour 2, the last one paid $1,476 in hour 17, because each gets sized off a stack the small trades keep growing. The small stuff netted $3,464, biggest single one +$167. All the losing trades together cost $238, worst one $33. That’s less than the one ETH short paid. 26x on BTC and 24x on ETH are my desk’s numbers, not a template for anyone else’s account. Hour 20. $6,238 on the account, and the bot still won’t pick a leverage before it has a read on how far the coin can go.
