Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin spent most of today’s game standing (or sitting) by himself on the sideline. He did speak with veteran LB Bobby Wagner for an extended period in the first half. Wagner does not have an agent and represents himself in contract negotiations.

One of my takeaways from the DeBartolo presser was that the focus was on acquiring pitchers, and that they were looking for pitchers with "stuff" which is baseball lingo for good repertoires beyond fastballs. No real mention of "high velo" guys or a certain archetype of body size. In fact, DeBartolo made mention of RHP Sean Paul Liñan is a smaller guy (listed at 6'0").
We have written about this before that the Nats used to covet high velo guys like Tanner Rainey, and there wasn't as much emphasis on controlling the strike zone of having "stuff."
