An emergent meeting was held on 2 November 2026, under the chairmanship of Mr. Imdad Ali Abro, Additional Secretary (Law)/Director General HRT, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, at the Office of the Director School Education (Primary), Larkana. Attended by both Regional Directors and all DEOs (Primary and Elementary, Secondary & Higher Secondary) of Larkana Region, the meeting reviewed key issues, including dangerous school buildings, fire safety arrangements, Sindh Job Portal, pending court cases, departmental enquiries and NBA cases. The Chair directed field officers to ensure urgent resolution of pending matters, particularly timely submission of para-wise comments in honourable courts.
