Class Two students at Government Girls High School Qadirpur, participated in an engaging Trees & Flowers Activity. During an outdoor visit, students explored different trees, leaves, and flowers, developing a closer connection with nature.
Following the visit, students worked in groups to create beautiful tree pictures using natural leaves and flowers. The hands-on activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, environmental awareness, and a love for keeping our surroundings green and clean.

سندھ کے تعلیمی نظام میں ڈیجیٹل انقلاب!
محکمہ تعلیم حکومت سندھ صوبے بھر میں تعلیم کے معیار، شفافیت اور مانیٹرنگ کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے جدید ٹیکنالوجی سے بھرپور استفادہ کر رہا ہے۔ اس اہم اقدام کے چند نمایاں پہلو:
Student Attendance Monitoring & Redress System (World Bank SELECT Project):
* دسمبر 2025 میں شروع ہونے والے اس نظام کے پہلے مرحلے میں 12 اضلاع کے 600 اسکول شامل کیے گئے، جو اگست 2026 تک بڑھ کر 3,647 اسکولوں تک پہنچ چکے ہیں۔
* ہر طالب علم کو منفرد شناختی نمبر (Unique ID) جاری کیا جاتا ہے جس سے روزانہ حاضری، داخلوں اور ایک سے دوسرے اسکول منتقلی کا مکمل ریکارڈ رکھا جاتا ہے۔
* اس سے مسلسل غیر حاضر رہنے والے بچوں کی بروقت نشاندہی اور والدین سے رابطہ کرکے انہیں اسکول واپس لانے میں مدد مل رہی ہے۔
FRAMES (Facial Recognition Attendance Monitoring System):
* چہرے کی شناخت (Facial Recognition) اور جیو فینسنگ ٹیکنالوجی کے ذریعے اساتذہ اور نان ٹیچنگ عملے کی حاضری یقینی بنائی جا رہی ہے۔
* ابتدائی مرحلے میں کراچی ایسٹ، حیدرآباد، نوشہرو فیروز، جیکب آباد، گھوٹکی اور عمرکوٹ کے 49,565 ملازمین کی حاضری کی مانیٹرنگ کا آغاز کیا گیا۔
* اساتذہ صرف اسکول کی مقررہ جیوگرافیکل حدود میں رہ کر ہی اپنی حاضری درج کر سکتے ہیں۔
📌 آن لائن ای-ٹرانسفر (e-Transfer) نظام:
* اساتذہ کے تبادلوں کے عمل کو مکمل طور پر شفاف، منصفانہ اور جدید خطوط پر استوار کر دیا گیا ہے۔
* اب اساتذہ آن لائن درخواست دے سکتے ہیں اور سسٹم خودکار طریقے سے ضرورت مند مقامات کی نشاندہی کرتا ہے۔
جدید ٹیکنالوجی اور ڈیجیٹل حکمرانی کے ذریعے سندھ کے تعلیمی مستقبل کو روشن سے روشن تر بنایا جا رہا ہے! 📚✨

An emergent meeting was held on 2 November 2026, under the chairmanship of Mr. Imdad Ali Abro, Additional Secretary (Law)/Director General HRT, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, at the Office of the Director School Education (Primary), Larkana.
Attended by both Regional Directors and all DEOs (Primary and Elementary, Secondary & Higher Secondary) of Larkana Region, the meeting reviewed key issues, including dangerous school buildings, fire safety arrangements, Sindh Job Portal, pending court cases, departmental enquiries and NBA cases.
The Chair directed field officers to ensure urgent resolution of pending matters, particularly timely submission of para-wise comments in honourable courts. The Director of Private Schools was also directed to inspect private school buildings, complete school registrations and submit a progress report promptly.
