Advancing Safe and Reliable Healthcare Through Medical Device Standardization The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), through its Medical and Hospital Planning Department (MHD), in collaboration with Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Integral Hospital, Integral University, Lucknow, successfully organized a seminar on “Delivering Safe and Reliable Healthcare Through Medical Device Standardization” on 23 October 2026 at Integral University, Lucknow. The seminar witnessed the participation of 300+ attendees from industry, academia, research and healthcare, bringing together diverse perspectives on strengthening medical device quality, safety and reliability.
