Just like Norway; #Germany is also outside of the path of totality but is still seeing some great views of the #SolarEclipse. With ~87% coverage, this is the view from #Kassel, Germany. #eclipse

This was the satellite imagery showing Moon’s shadow casting on the #Earth. This was at around 18:00 UTC, during peak partiality at #Norway.
Even though #Norway isn’t on the path of totality, parts of the country are still getting a beautiful view of the Total Solar #Eclipse, even though it’s a partial eclipse for them. With around ~85% coverage, these are the view in #Stavanger and #Kristiansand at the moment.

GOES-East observed the moon's shadow seen reaching Iceland less than an hour ago as part of today's total solar eclipse.

In #Iceland, totality is approx. 10 minutes away. Though, everywhere in the county is cloudy which makes it impossible to be able to experience the Total Solar #Eclipse in Iceland from the ground. We should still be able to see Moon’s shadow from satellite imagery though.

The Moon is starting cover a small portion of the Sun in #Norway and eastern #Canada. That said portion is growing though as the Moon continues to cover the Sun. You can also see the Moon’s shadow from satellite imagery over Canada, right before the imagery gets cut off. #eclipse
