Amazing to hear from @TurkeyBeaver, @jstyer, and Mark Soltys tonight in Cocoa Village, sharing their stories from SpaceX over the years—from recovering Ship 40 to their human spaceflight program and so much more. And as if the Florida Starship hype train wasn’t already gathering speed, after hearing what really lies ahead for the Space Coast, it’s full steam ahead. Bring it on!

While it waits for the booster, Starbase Pad 2 is keeping busy testing ahead of the potential catch attempt/s on Flight 15, with teams running a full deluge test simulating launch conditions, with a second test around 8 minutes later timed with when the booster will return for a catch. @NASASpaceflight | nsf.live/starbase

Rocket Lab has provided the first update on Neutron Stage 2 in about a year - sounds like it's headed to Wallops soon. This follows last week's update on Stage 1 production, which suffered a delay due to voids forming during Automatic Fiber Placement (AFP) of the carbon fiber.
We have completed breakover operations for the Neutron Stage 2 tank assembly, rotating the stage horizontal – a critical step in the handling of large rocket sections for integration and assembly. Here’s a last look at Stage 2 on the Neutron Factory floor before it’s wrapped up (literally) for barge shipment to LC-3 on Wallops Island where its fluid systems will be tested and its Archimedes vacuum engine installed.

Who forgot to tell the new guy how they transport RVAC's... Raptor 3 RVAC 265 heading past vertically at McGregor, This is the first time we have seen them transport RVAC's this way and I am curious as to their reasoning 📷: @nasaspaceflight nsf.live/mcgregor

We have completed our first design review for our part in NASA's MoonFall mission! For this mission, we'll use our Elytra spacecraft to deploy JPL-built drones above the Moon's south pole. Completing the preliminary design review is a testament to the hard work, ingenuity, and collaboration across our joint teams in just a matter of months. Next step: Critical design review! fireflyspace.com/news/firefl…

In Rizhao, you can literally watch an orbital rocket launch from your bedroom window.
Galactic Energy’s Ceres-1S Y8 is gearing up for a sea launch around 03:30 UTC on October 21. Thanks to the platform’s close proximity to the coastline, spectators along downtown Rizhao waterfront should get another spectacular, front-row view of liftoff over the Yellow Sea.

Earlier today, the newest Falcon 9 booster (B1109) departed SpaceX's McGregor test campus destined for either California or Florida. With the cadence of launches scaling back, and future operations transitioning to Starship, could this be one of the last new boosters we see? (Probably not, but stick with us to find out for sure!) @NASASpaceflight | nsf.live/mcgregor
