Olivia Chow won her first full term as Mayor of Toronto. The 2023 property tax hike was 7% The 2024 property tax hike was 9.5% The 2025 property tax hike was 6.9% So that’s a 24% increase since Olivia Chow was elected Mayor in 2023.
