Guys, let's talk about the absolute nightmare that is bank experiences. I really don't know if its just me - or it's just stanbic, but when I have to go to the bank cos let's face it, their online things are forever experiencing problems, I get serious panic attacks!

Replying to @Radio4UG
@Radio4UG @binababie30 Drugs stay longer in female bodies due to body fat & hormones. They get addicted faster with smaller amounts and have higher risk of liver, heart, reproductive issues & increased chances of anxiety and depression.

The bazungu that work in our country and drive their big organisation's cars- let me ask like an idiot, why do you drive like you didn't do 3 years of driving school in your countries? Almost got taken out in bugolobi cos someone was turning a corner from the middle of the road

And then She hoots and looks at me like the answered emails she probably is avoiding replying to! Please note: in their countries they can't even turn without a signal for fear of fines. Here- no signal, turning a corner at speed racer limits, from the middle of the road!

Story time: Attn: @PoliceUg cos we are tired-last evening at about 7pm, I was headed home and using lugogo by-pass. Stopped at the lights right next to lugogo mall and as I waited for the light to change, in the middle of two lane traffic and plenty of bodas and pedestrians(cont)

A man walked in front of my car like he was crossing and while still facing lugogo mall- like he was still crossing- stopped dead, yanked my car emblem off the grill and took off at a jog towards the oryx. I literally froze and watched this in slo-mo and then laughed hysterically

I would never attempt, as woman alone to get out of my car and do anything to such a person. I thought of releasing the break and small tapping him but I figured a mob may turn against me. So i just watched helpless. And I'm told this happening at all major traffic lights.

I'd like to give a special shout out to coffee today. After a month of being a nurse and then being thoroughly ill myself, I haven't really had time to reset. Unfortunately, being self-employed is a permanent double edged sword. You have flexibility bt ultimately it's all on you

So swang back into 1001 tasks and running around like a headless chicken with little in the tank and extreme sleep deprivation to boot. So I had my first cup of coffee in a week(aforementioned illness had stopped it). I honesntly felt my brain become fully alert.

Now as a recovering addict(alcoholic), I know that coffee is addictive. I also learnt during recovery how to watch for when it's becoming unhealthy. I tend to stick to 1 cup a day. On horrible days 2. Today it will be 1 cos it's not necessary for anymore.

I love watching how these little humans we cater to at @KomukaDaycare grow and change. I have witnessed the development of 1 particular little girl from 10 months to 1 year. We started full time together. I am amazed at how well she speaks now. You wouldn't know she is 1.

And truly it is true what they say- little minds are sponges. I just exclaimed at someone else-"oh no" in a sing song voice and now she is saying it on repeat everywhere. I have apologized to the teachers cos good luck to them trying to get her to say anything else today.

Entebbe to Nairobi may one day get to under $100. Daallo is an interesting airline. They have been around for over 30 years and are owned by pesky business guys with a never say die attitude. For UGX 590k, one can now get to Nairobi from EBB

Soooo call me old- but I have failed to understand fashion shows these days. By following certain celebs on Instagram, I found myself seeing content of the Paris fashion week. I don't understand most of what I saw. Are the clothes merely for parading around for the week?

Then again I see how these celebs show up for shows and just dress in general, and I guess I come back to- I guess I'm old! The things being promoted as clothes these days are truly just fabric swatches haphazardly thrown together.

Some outfits look like the designer was using a real person instead of a mannequin and the person had to leave for another engagement with the swatches pinned to them. Anyway- to the ones who are about to abuse me for not knowing fashion, you are right- go in peace!
