This is getting a lot of traction. Pretty sure I may be in the minority here who finds this entirely unconvincing. As someone mostly on the outside of this whole story, just watching this video I get very manipulative vibes. Everything is blurry, indecernable, edited in a way to push the viewer into seeing this that may or may be be there. This doesn't seem to be an investigation so much as trying to make things fit a conclusion. I am willing to be corrected as I don't have a dog in this fight.
