🚨This COP K*LLER was DEPORTED TWICE before he came back and k*lled TWO California deputies. Then Luis Bracamontes LAUGHED in court and said he wished he’d k*lled more.
On Oct. 24, 2014, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and his partner, Deputy Scott Brown, approached a suspicious car at a Motel 6 on Arden Way near Arden Fair Mall.
Bracamontes sh*t Oliver in the forehead before the deputy could draw his weapon. Brown took cover as Bracamontes fired at him, too. Bracamontes later grinned in court and called Brown a “coward.”
Bracamontes and his wife, Janelle Monroy, fled toward Auburn, carjacking vehicles along the way. He sh*t motorist Anthony Holmes multiple times while trying to take his car; Holmes survived.
Hours after Oliver was k*lled, Bracamontes sh*t and k*lled Placer County Sheriff’s Detective Michael Davis Jr. on Riverview Drive and wounded another deputy. He stole an empty patrol car before a standoff ended in his surrender.
The first day of his trial, Jan. 16, 2018, gave the families a preview of what was to come. Bracamontes laughed through opening statements, announced that he had k*lled officers and said he had no regrets. His only regret, he said, was k*lling “just two.” He threatened to break out and k*ll more.
Judge Steve White removed the jury and warned Bracamontes about further outbursts. The judge later barred him from the courtroom for the rest of the guilt phase after Bracamontes swore at him.
On Feb. 9, 2018, a jury convicted Bracamontes on all 15 counts and found five special circumstances. The verdict came on what would have been Oliver’s 51st birthday. As it was read, Bracamontes looked toward the families, said “Yay” and “Congratulations,” and threatened to k*ll more cops as deputies led him away.
Monroy, a U.S. citizen, was separately convicted for her role in the crime spree, including helping move the rifle between vehicles. She received a sentence of nearly 50 years to life.
Federal records showed Bracamontes had been removed to Mexico in 1997 after an Arizona drug conviction and again in 2001. He returned to the United States and had been living in the Salt Lake City area under the name Marcelo Marquez.
A penalty jury recommended de*th in March 2018. On April 25, Judge White imposed TWO de*th sentences, one for Oliver and one for Davis.
California has not carried out an execution since 2006. Gov. Gavin Newsom imposed a moratorium in 2019, and the state has since moved people with de*th sentences out of San Quentin’s former de*th row housing and into other prisons. Bracamontes’ sentences remain in place.
Deputy Danny Oliver and Detective Michael Davis Jr. served their communities. Their families had to hear the man convicted of k*lling them laugh about it in court.

This week the Senate will vote to merge our military’s most sensitive & secretive capabilities with Israel. This merger is buried within the massive NDAA and they’re hoping you won’t notice.
Merging our military with a foreign country is a treasonous betrayal of our sovereignty.
Call your senators & tell them to vote no on the NDAA until the merger w/ Israel (section 219) is taken out.
Tell them that we will never support merging our military with a foreign nation.
The senate switchboard number is: (202) 224-3121.
Fox's Rachel Campos-Duffy calls out Netanyahu on his plan to "merge" the US and Israel's militaries.
"Will that drawing down of foreign aid [over the next ten years] be compensated by the proposal to have a merging of some sort between our Pentagon and your military?"
"Yeah," Netanyahu responds. "I'm calling it, 'From aid to partnership…'"
"I think the meshing of our two great countries of talent would strengthen America's competitive position."
"[That] certainly brings up some issues of sovereignty," Campos-Duffy responds.

Another attack in Boise.
This is what happens when you focus on gaying your city instead of protecting the people inside it.
Mayor McLean's city is UNSAFE.
Please step in here @GovernorLittle, @Raul_Labrador

Boise isn't safe...
Because the @boisemayor and @boise_police won't protect you.
A 25 year old man was riding his scooter home along the Greenbelt, ambushed, and stabbed to death. The man charged sleeps on that same Greenbelt (and the prosecutor said so in court).
Everybody knew about him and nothing got done. We passed a law in 2025 to stop exactly this and the Boise mayor fought it the whole way. She said it was "not the solution."
Her words: "Criminalizing homelessness has never, and will never, solve the problems associated with homelessness." So the camps stayed, they refused to do anything, and now an innocent man is dead.
@GovernorLittle, you sent the National Guard to the Texas border. Where are they now? Boise is your own backyard and it's overrun with homeless vagrants and a rogue mayor and police department who refuse to protect us.
Send the Guard.
Clear the Greenbelt.
Protect Idahoans.
Or is it only worth a deployment when there's a camera at the border?
Two weeks ago, local news interviewed a homeless man at one of Boise's publicly funded cooling shelters.
He's now been charged with first degree murder for stabbing a man to death in cold blood on the Boise River Greenbelt.
The natural consequence of liberal cities sticking violent, mentally unwell drug addicts in taxpayer funded super shelters.

Happy birthday to the Republican Party!
Formally organized in Ripon, Wisconsin. The Republican Party was formed by Anti-slavery activists, former Whigs, Free-Soilers, and others opposed to the Kansas-Nebraska Act gathered to form the new party, which would soon rise to prominence with figures like Abraham Lincoln.
We must have integrity in process while operating within the proper legal framework to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse and to protect the taxpayer.
Today, Senator @JAKeyser and I asked AG @Raul_Labrador for a legal opinion on Idaho's Child Care Program after @IDHW admitted in writing it lacks statutory authority.
Minnesota just lost billions to childcare fraud.
Idaho's program is structurally identical.
Don't build Minnesota in Idaho.
I’m excited to announce my campaign for re-election to the Idaho Senate. My family and I are so grateful to the people of District 20 for allowing me to serve our community from the Legislature. Here’s to continued years of service. Thank you Idaho! 😇🙏🇺🇸

Interesting. 🤔
Florida's SB 1722 - the App Store Accountability Act - was heard yesterday in the Senate Commerce & Tourism Committee.
This is the de facto Digital ID policy masquerading as a way to "protect children and empower parents" that is making it's way around the country and even at a federal level.
It is a bad policy that will impact EVERYONE, not just kids. These age verification policies will not stop at the App Store - they will creep into every aspect of our lives.
This was the longest I've ever been able to speak to a legislative committee. I appreciated the opportunity to give them more information. I believe many had concerns, but the Political Industrial Complex does not allow for slowing things down and making informed, responsible decisions that will forever change our lives. They committee voted unanimously to pass the bill out of committee.
Also want to give a shoutout to .@statelinx for his kind remarks in his testimony that follows mine in this video.
