A school told parents they'd need a subpoena to see staff emails about their own daughter. The school further refused to honor the parents' demand to cease referring to their daughter by a male name.
@America1stLegal sued in July to vindicate their rights, and yesterday, DOJ sued too. Thank you, @AAGDhillon.

The Trump Administration will always defend parental rights.
It is unconscionable that any school district would hide the most sensitive information about children in their care from their own parents. Children do not belong to the government – they belong to their parents. ED will continue to work with DOJ as it cracks down on Anne Arundel, which is secretly “transitioning” students and hiding it from parents.
