They should give it to him. Seniority for appointments is bullshit anyways. The people want change and what they need is to give it to senators that need to entrench themselves after low margin wins. Stop giving it to the same folks

This contentious interchange between the NY Times and @GinaHinojosaTX was truly amazing. Hinojosa offered one of the best explanations of populism I've ever seen. Her comments were a total rejection of Corporate Dems' neoliberal formula. Her Texas victory is a game changer.

Even if EVERY SINGLE ONE voted Dem it would not account for the 1.2 million margin that Talarico is winning the state by
This was a *Texan* referendum on the entire GOP

People of Florida. Y’all better hold your damn head high. We broke state legislature super majorities because we drove turnout while everyone wrote us off.
We have work to do sure, but let’s celebrate the fact we won 17 seats down ballot.
I’m an organizer. And I look forward to getting back to what I love and know best. Organizing THE HELL out of my state.
Let’s get to work!

Adam Hamilton was not recruited by the DC class. He told me he was tired of arguing with Roger Marshall in his mind and wanted to try to make a difference. When he got in race KS was on nobody’s radar. A 1 of 1 campaign.

I worked the Clinton campaign in 2016. We won the county by 29 points, and beat every metric, including Obama #'s. That margin didn’t vanish because voters changed overnight. It eroded over three cycles while the national party stopped showing up.

Kenyan McDuffie switched party affiliations twice and no one questioned him the same way as you people are doing @CMCHenderson.

I understand the way El-Sayed must feel.
Both of my primary opponents viciously attacked me after I beat them, and even publicly endorsed my MAGA Republican opponent.
It sucks when “Democrats” are in cahoots with Republicans.

So when you said “growing up going to cheesecake factories it was a luxury” you meant “when i was a freshman in college at the most expensive university in the country it was a luxury.” Got it thanks for clearing that up!

MN resident here - it'll be closer than some think. Just an opinion. Peggy isn't a strong candidate here and Michelle's pivot to appear more centrist will pick off some Indy's who aren't jazzed about Flanagan.
