This is why I voted for this government. People have no idea how bad it can be, or the frustrations of Retail workers and the Police. I'm just proud of the @coopuk for engaging with politicians to help us get to this position.

Huge congratulations to @connor_naismith. A Really genuine guy who really cares about the local community. I was really impressed when I've spoken with him. We're in safe hands.
It is an immense privilege to have been elected to represent my home, Crewe and Nantwich, in parliament. Politics can change things for the better. I look forward to working with my @UKLabour colleagues in parliament to deliver that change.

They absolutely get it.
They'll tell you voting doesn't make a difference. But it was a Labour Government that changed my life. If you want change, vote for it on Thursday.

Noticed this today at the RHS Urban Show today. I know about the coop foundation, but to actually witness some of the work it does was amazing to see. @coopuk @jeanie_hughes @alansmithballoo

Loved the @The_RHS Urban Show today @depotmayfield. It felt way more relevant than some other RHS shows I've been too. Looking forward to bigger and better next year. #rhsurbanshow

Clubs at this level are obliged to put these signs up at stadiums. Really felt the ‘support’ this week 👍

It was a great conversation. What I'd add is that there was plenty of listening, very little campaigning. He just wanted to understand the reality so he could potentially help in the future. @alansmithballoo @jeanie_hughes
This week I visited James and the team at the Co-op store on Remer Street in Crewe. I was horrified to hear about the persistent shoplifting and intimidation of staff at the store. I'm grateful that James agreed to support the @CoopParty @UsdawUnion campaign to #EndRetailCrime

I've seen a lot of negative press about shoplifting and the police recently, but I'd just like to celebrate our local Crewe beat team. We get above and beyond levels of support now. @PoliceCrewe @alansmithballoo @jeanie_hughes

Great to have everyone in the store. The team feels really supported as we continue to focus on Crime prevention and safety.
It was good to be visiting our Crewe stores tonight with @alansmithballoo @EmmaWarrener and Luke Kerfoot talking to colleagues about retail crime and the importance of their safety. @RachelH35382323 @KateGraham03 @gazredpath @079Jenny

October is Down Syndrome awareness month. Josh has Down Syndrome, he isn't Down Syndrome. He's Josh. Down Syndrome isn't the same for everyone. #Wouldntchangeathing
