It was an honour to pledge my allegiance to the King, His Majesty King Charles III, and to be sworn in as a Member of the Scottish Parliament.
I am looking forward to championing the interests of South Scotland over the next five years.
Unless you’re Ukrainian that is.
Then again, this is a Labour MSP with a fixation for supporting the brutal Cuban regime, so it’s no great surprise.
Labour, from top to bottom, are run by people who have no clue how wealth is generated.
They’re going after every single remaining successful bit of the economy so they can keep their voter base sat on welfare and generous public sector wages and pensions.

Hundreds of public sector workers in Scotland are costing the taxpayer at least £27m a year because their jobs no longer exist and the SNP refuses to make them redundant.

An illegal migrant held an 83-year-old woman at gunpoint.
She was having lunch at home with her husband in a quiet Lanarkshire village when they were alerted to a break-in.
In their bedroom, they found Chirag Solanki with a firearm, a five-inch knife, cable ties, duct tape and a balaclava.
Solanki ‘held a firearm against her temple with his right hand and a knife to her throat with his left hand’.
He was in our country illegally.
Yet he was left to roam free and terrorise British citizens.
Every crime committed by such people is the result of Tory and Labour failure to uphold immigration law.
Reform will end this madness.
We will take our country back.

This is the opposite of what happened - all parties in all their manifestos since the mid-90s promised either ‘control’ or a direct reduction in immigration. Instead the numbers only increased at a completely unprecedented rate, it’s important to defend this without fibs

Of course Jonathan Powell wasn't vetted. His links to the Chinese Communist Party on their own would have been more than enough to stop him being DV cleared. The same went for Mandelson too. These people are a threat to national security at the very top of government.
Jonathan Powell was not vetted before being appointed National Security Adviser, we can report.

It’s deeply unfair that the Scottish taxpayer is forking out to cover the heating bills of families living in European countries.
It begs the question of what other payments are being made overseas at Scottish taxpayers’ expense.

Public funds shouldn’t be going to race-obsessed political activist groups.
That’s why I’ve written to the Corra Foundation's CEO, alongside @ReformUKScot colleagues, to request a review of its funding of the ideologically driven Project Esperanza.

It’s shocking to see Cairnryan being used as a backdoor for illegal immigration into Great Britain.
Well done to all those involved in the recent crackdown. It is clear that constant vigilance and robust enforcement are essential.

The idea that a British wealth fund would have made it past Gordon Brown unspent is laughable.

In 1997 we had more pension savings than the rest of the EU put together. But Brown couldn't resist sticking his fingers in the till.
