This is russian General Nikolai Varpakhovich. He commanded the russian strategic bombers that launched missiles at children's hospital in Kyiv.
He was just shot outside his house this morning.
Dildo of consequences rarely arrives lubed, Nikolai 😉

Replying to @Nature
The real scandal was never a single academic’s fraud, which in the grand scheme of things was fairly minor. The scandal was the academics of Cambridge and other universities who enabled and covered up the deception. And now, Nature joins them.

Met a Muslim guy from Africa. Three children. All Arabic names, something to do with Prophet Mohammed. All live in a social housing in the nice area in London.
Every single one of the kids hates Britain & says Brits are rude and Africa is much better. The guy hates Britain too & says they stole everything from his country. The guy loves Africa, Russia & China and hopes they will crash the Western world order, the one that gave him citizenship, education and free housing.
Many such cases. You call this a different point of view. I call this Revenge Migration.

We have now recorded over 450 acts of Russian and Belarusian hybrid warfare and state-sponsored terrorism since February 2022. Of the 454 incidents, 44 are "probable" Russian intelligence-sponsored and are still under investigation.

🚀 Introducing Quasar 438B, the top European AI model.
Externally validated by @ArtificialAnlys: in their latest benchmark comparison, Quasar is the strongest-performing European model evaluated.
It is the first large model released by Multiverse Computing. 438 billion parameters, English and Spanish, built for enterprise-scale agents, coding and complex multi-step workloads.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
its compressed glm 5.2 their business is to make compressed models and have other similar ones but unlike those they are trying to misrepresent this one as a completely new european model made by them

Last 48h 15 sanctioned tankers have passed Germany, of which three chose to go through German territory.
Selections represent parts of the Russian so called shadow fleet, not all shadow tankers are sanctioned but I limit my selection to the ones on @TankerTrackers's master list.

In February 2020, Berlin passed a rent freeze to fix its housing shortage.
Twelve months later, the number of apartments available to rent in the city had literally halved.
Rent control is one of the most-studied policies in economics. Berlin just gave us the cleanest test we have. 🧵

If "hybrid" is now such a magic word – we should close the hybrid skies, put hybrid boots on the ground and ask Belgium to unfreeze some hybrid assets.

Russia could drop a nuke in Germany and the AfD would still find a way to defend it.
The AfD and politicians like Björn Höcke don’t want to make Germany Great Again, all they want is make Germany a Russian Province again. This isn’t nationalism. It’s voluntary subjugation.

When AI models are placed into social simulations, claude is the one that lies the most by far
I started a startup in Germany 🇩🇪 in 2020. These are all the INSANE things I've encountered.
I kid you not the first thing we got from the government was the equivalent of the IRS asking us to estimate our revenue for that year.
We didn't even have a tax number at that point! We were bootstrapping. We are not opening up a fucking bakery. There is no revenue!!
The second letter we got was an invoice from the IHK (Industrie- und Handelskammer). To this day I couldn't tell you what they do. They sent us their magazine every 3 months though which is nice I guess.
The third letter was for the "Rundfunkgebühr", which is the TV license. I swear, all of this is true.
There is a fundamental lack of ambition in Germany. You can succeed but not too much. Too much success is greed. Too much success is evil.
The sad part is I don't even see a way out of this. I wish there would be something I could do about it. But there isn't. People would hate you for even trying (look at Elon).
Every ambitious person that I know already left or is thinking about leaving. I live in NY now and the difference is insane. The US still attracts the best people. There is no doubt about that.
The only thing we are leading now is regulation. It's hilarious to say but very sad at the same time.
I don't know where this ends. All I can tell you is that there will be no one left to pay for all the great social services that exist today. Of course I will never start a business in Germany ever again.
I'm half German. I lived in 🇩🇪 for 10 years. But jesus christ have we lost the plot.

The bill would require DoS and Pentagon to assess military, cyber and other threats facing the Baltic states, including from Russia, Belarus, China and Iran.
It cleared House Foreign Affairs 41-3 in April.
