My patient with high risk multiple myeloma and cardiac amyloidosis received Dara CyBord had a short-lived response and relapsed. I attempted to begin the process for CAR-T and was notified by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota that the patient has to fail lenalidomide first.. 👇
