Here's a video. What happens in the video? My opponent voices his support for foreign guest worker programs in a period of high unemployment. I politely disagree that those jobs should go to foreign guest workers, and propose a moratorium on legal immigration. America First.

Thank you to @TuckerCarlson for the time yesterday. Remigration will be mainstream, mass deportations will happen, and the U.S. will embrace an immigration moratorium. This is coming.

Blue states are enabling violent crime, fraud, and the disintegration of their communities to win woke moralization points with their socialist base. This is what's on the ballot in November.

People are sleeping on how significant the progress against the CPT-OPT-H1B pipeline is going.
PBS: The Trump administration is waging a massive crackdown on foreign students and workers by rooting out fraud, restricting issuance and vetting renewal. The CEO of NAFSA says "We have never seen" a policy deluge against student visas, H-1B, OPT and more at this level before.

Keep in mind. Our largest state is de facto recognizing these people as part of their polity. The reason they’ll never make that distinction is because they no longer make the distinction. States are forcing de facto amnesty on the federal govt, de jure upon a Dem win in ‘28.
California ranks last on @Heritage’s Election Integrity Scorecard, in part for this reason. Leftists in deep blue states will tell you voter fraud is rare, but their election laws often exclude the means to verify whether a vote is legitimate to begin with. We need the SAVE America Act.

Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.

American workers: Did you apply for a job at Instacart—or see @Instacart's prior PERM job postings and feel deterred from applying? Today's @USEEOC and @CivilRights $5 million settlement includes a $4 million claims fund for affected workers. If you believe you were harmed by these hiring practices, email [email protected] so EEOC and DOJ can share your information with the claims administrator. Please share this post to help reach other potentially affected workers.

That WSJ story about the young man applying for thousands of jobs with no response makes more sense when you connect it to this context.
Major win for protecting U.S. workers! Instacart has agreed to a $5 million settlement for discrimination during PERM recruitment. Thank you @andrealucasEEOC for your partnership in getting a great result and sending a message that this administration holds companies accountable. justice.gov/opa/pr/civil-rig…

.@washingtonpost is part of the plot--that's my favorite line. I'm so tired of the press pretending they have immunity but no responsibility.
As many of you know, in recent days Data Republican has been releasing transcripts, videos and audio recordings of a group of groups plotting to use violence to force President Trump to take protective actions (i.e., the Insurrection Act) that will result in the overthrow of our Constitution in favor of the will of Democrat governors. These groups include former USAID employees and other ex-national security officials, and the plans they discuss are straight out of the color revolution tactics, techniques and procedures those same people have been using for decades to overthrow foreign governments unfriendly to the USA. This is the biggest news story in decades, right? Yet no one in the mainstream media will touch it. Except to defend it. See the below headline from today’s Washington Post (I’ll link to the full article below). The plotters behind this effort are obviously alarmed by the recent public uncovering of their conspiracy, so they have done what any reputable Democrat determined to overthrow the electoral choices of the American people would do: run to a friendly press outlet to drop a soft-pedaled puff piece to run top cover for their efforts, and blame Trump. If you read this article, it does not talk about a coup conspiracy. Instead it talks about a bunch of well-meaning, patriotic, anonymous ex-national security officials simply trying to protect America from the evil dictator Trump destroying “our democracy.” This article itself is straight out of the color revolution tactics—it’s propaganda designed to condition a populace to accept illegitimate actions. The Washington Post is part of the plot. Stay frosty, friends. This will get worse before it gets better.

Mike Howell: The real horseshoe at play in American politics right now is the combination of RINO Republicans and the far left. I think that’s the biggest present danger in our political system because, combined, those two groups can form a near-majority in any legislative body. That’s what Dade Phelan represents. When people talk about the Red-Green alliance, I’d like them to consider reframing it as the Red-Green-RINO alliance. @MHowellTweets @Phase2Deport

A Princeton Ph.D. in chemical engineering. 2,300+ job applications. Still no job while companies import thousands of cheap foreign workers every year to do these very same jobs. This is insanity. These programs are a COMPLETE SCAM. Stop selling out American workers. END THEM NOW!
Jack Weis has applied to more than 2,300 jobs since he graduated from Princeton in 2024 with his Ph.D. in chemical engineering. He still doesn’t have a job. on.wsj.com/4sfxSLc

Don’t underestimate the progress being made on H1B and PERM August through October. I can name three or four policy developments that individually could be considered one of the major reforms in the history of each program.
🚨 INSTACART JUST AGREED TO PAY $5 MILLION OVER DISCRIMINATION AGAINST AMERICAN WORKERS. The DOJ and EEOC uncovered evidence of discriminatory hiring practices tied to the PERM green card process. Here’s what investigators found: • American applicants had to physically MAIL their applications. • Instacart’s normal hiring process accepted online applications. • Many American applicants were not considered in time. • Investigators found evidence of preference for temporary visa workers. The settlement includes: $4 MILLION for affected applicants. $1 MILLION in civil penalties. And here’s the bigger story: The PERM process is supposed to test whether qualified American workers are available before sponsoring a foreign worker for a green card. What happens when the hiring process itself is stacked against Americans? This is why PERM recruitment deserves scrutiny. justice.gov/opa/pr/civil-rig…
