What a song "One May Die So Lonely" is @JaymayMusic every time it comes up in my library. One voice, one guitar, so many words but they have so much rhythm and they all have an impact. I wind up singing along to the whole thing and it tells such a beautiful story

The NAM just awarded #TonyFauci a second citation -- the first in the history of the Academy of Medicine, for "outstanding service as a trusted advisor to six Presidents" and "firm leadership in the #COVID19 crisis" --
1st ever to any scientist. Fauci: "I'm rendered speechless."

The US just had its worst GDP drop on record, and it would've been even worse if expanded unemployment benefits hadn’t pumped money into the economy. The Senate must fully extend the $600 CARES Act unemployment benefits for our families and our economy.

GDP shrank at an annual rate of 32.9% in the second quarter — the sharpest economic contraction in modern American history.
The economic shock in April, May and June was more than 3 times as sharp as the previous record — 10% in 1958.

What does the $600 a week in additional unemployment insurance mean for you and your family?

Today we have a president who does not believe in democracy. A president cannot send troops wherever he wants to quash dissent.

At the end of this week the extra $600 in federal weekly unemployment expires in many states. For many families, that money has meant the difference between putting food on the table during a pandemic and skipping meals.
Congress must extend unemployment benefits immediately.

Our culture wounds people by its very nature. It then elevates some of those wounded people to ranks where they can cause further harm to massive numbers of others, as the traumatized often do. A closed circuit of pain, of which Trump is merely the most recent/blatant exemplar.
A new book from Donald Trump's niece, Mary Trump, claims he suffered "child abuse" & "deprivations that would scar him for life."
Listen to @DrGaborMate on this, from May 2019:
"Trump is a clearest example of a traumatized politician one could ever see." thegrayzone.com/2019/05/07/g…

It has been nearly four months since police officers murdered Breonna Taylor as she was sleeping. It is long overdue that her killers be brought to justice.

We have to continue saying her name: Breonna Taylor should still be alive today.
