Very concerned about these statements by the IOC at #Paris2024. There are multiple international treaties and national constitutions that specifically refer to #women and their fundamental rights to equality and non-discrimination, so the world has a pretty good idea of what women -and men for that matter- are.
Also, how can one assess whether fairness and justice has been reached if we do not know who we are being fair and just to?

I very much welcome today’s vital decision by the @ECHR_CEDH. The court’s decision includes many important elements that i intend to speak to in more details shortly. The decision is nevertheless a clear acknowledgement of the soundness and achievements of the abolitionist model on prostitution and it being rooted in human rights.
Glad to also see the court referencing the statement I had published on the relevant French law 2016-444.

A police sergeant accused of raping a female officer joked to his victim "it's not rape if you enjoy it at the end", a court heard.
