Dr Rahmeh Aladwan had her medical licence suspended in November 2025 because she claims she was โadvocating for Palestine.โ But really it was being her constant online anti Semitism and pure hatred towards Jews, not just Zionists, but all Jews.
Today, Monday, Aladwan had her second six-monthly review with the General Medical Council and the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service.
She was asked, what she had learnt since the last review in May 2026, and what did she wish to submit. With a deep brief, she told the panel:
- 4,797 Palestinians have since been murdered by the jewish occupation in Gaza. 1,490 of them were children. That is 31%.
- Bombing and massacres occur daily.
- Palestinians continue to be held hostage, kidnapped, and tortured.
- 'israel' continues with impunity, without justice for the Palestinians or the British citizens they massacred.
The GMC counsel described her as โunrepentantโ in her social media activity, and decided to continue her suspension.
The GMC will have to apply to the High Court in February 2027 if they want to extend it further.
I trust the major Jewish organisations will be there testifying why she should never be allowed to practise again.

When Nigerian Christians are being killed for their faith, silence is not neutrality. It is complicity.

โก๏ธ Jewish History: Why Do Jews Place Stones on Graves Instead of Flowers?
If youโve ever visited a Jewish cemetery, you may have noticed small stones resting on the headstones instead of bouquets of flowers.
This beautiful tradition has roots stretching back centuries.
In ancient times, Jewish graves were often marked or covered with piles of stones. Adding another stone helped preserve and identify the burial place.
Over time, placing a stone became a meaningful act of remembrance.
In Jewish tradition, flowers eventually wither, but stones endure. They symbolize the lasting memory of someone whose life continues to matter long after death.
Leaving a stone also quietly says, โI was here. You are remembered. You have not been forgotten.โ
There is no specific Torah commandment requiring stones on graves, and the custom has several historical and symbolic explanations. Flowers are not universally forbidden, but stones remain the traditional Jewish expression of remembrance.
In Judaism, honoring the dead isnโt simply about mourning their absence. Itโs about remembering their lives and carrying their memory forward.
May their memory be a blessing.

It appears speaking my truth that "I am a Zionist and if you are, I want to follow you", triggered some who fear us.
My time away from X, today, was productive.
Now, I'm back!
I may have missed some of you, previously, so please let me know, if you'd like a follow.๐๐ป

Christians are systematically being slaughtered in Nigeria.
This is horrifying and nobody seems to care enough to make it stop.

Everyone else is unusually quiet.

Day 2.
๐จ NIGERIAโS CHRISTIANS NEED PROTECTION, NOT ANOTHER DECADE OF EMPTY PROMISES.
Iโm going to repost this EVERY SINGLE DAY until the international community starts taking meaningful, coordinated action to protect Christians in Nigeria.
According to Open Doorsโ 2026 World Watch List:
โข 3,490 Christians were murdered for their faith in Nigeria during the reporting period.
โข Thatโs nearly 10 Christians murdered EVERY DAY.
โข Nigeria accounted for approximately 72% of all documented Christian deaths worldwide attributed to religious persecution.
And murder is only part of this nightmare.
Christians are being kidnapped, raped, terrorized, driven from their homes, and deprived of their livelihoods. Churches and entire communities have been attacked.
For years, Boko Haram, Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), and armed Fulani militant groups have terrorized communities. These are not isolated incidents. This is a prolonged security and humanitarian catastrophe.
How is it possible that after all these years, these armed groups are STILL able to attack villages, abduct civilians, and murder innocent people?
Where is the accountability? Where is the protection? Where is the international urgency?
President Trump has taken steps, including redesignating Nigeria a Country of Particular Concern, authorizing U.S. strikes against Islamic State militants, and expanding security cooperation with Nigeria.
I appreciate those efforts, but the United States cannot and should not be the only country expected to respond.
Where are the other world leaders? Where are the international coalitions? Where is the coordinated effort to protect these families?
Iโm calling on @persecutionnews, @opendoorssa, @aidtochurch , @Oikoumene, @UN, and @Pontifex to help amplify this crisis and push governments worldwide toward meaningful action.
We need coordinated international pressure, stronger civilian protection, investigations, prosecutions, humanitarian assistance, and measurable results.
I want to know what is being done to stop these atrocities, not simply who has issued another statement condemning them.
These are human beings. Mothers, fathers, children, families. Their lives matter. Their religious freedom matters.
I am Jewish. These are my Christian brothers and sisters, and I will not remain silent while innocent people are slaughtered because of their faith, the way some of you mentioned above have. I have a moral compass and a reverence for life. Find yours!
The world has spent far too many years saying NEVER AGAIN while allowing religious persecution to continue.
Protect Nigeriaโs Christians. Hold the perpetrators accountable. And do it NOW.
Please repost. Keep their names and their suffering in the public eye.
