The Metropolitan Police and other forces described Halloween as potentially a “stressful” or “fearful” time for some people. Multiple forces and councils provided printable “No Trick or Treat” posters for any household that doesn’t want visitors. Some also advised limiting egg and flour sales to reduce “tricks”
