- HomeOS and HomeView really need to wow and open source projects are going viral for much cheaper price points
- HomePod Mini has too far of a gap to cross to move from “finicky” to just “ok.” Without a big wow factor, it’s just iterative.
- 3rd party home devices feels like giving up on innovation - first party might have been the one cool thing to see
- As a daily Apple TV user (I like it), I can’t see an update that would make me upgrade, it works fine
