The legend of Korra might have the best cast of antagonists I’ve seen in any show, movie, or anime tbh. Zaheer, the red lotus, Amon, Vaatu, Kuvira, Triple threat triads, etc. Johan from Monster is this still the best solo one but out of the shows that have multiple Korra wins.

(SPOILERS) Unalaq had a great plot twist and motives for an antagonist but wouldn’t say he was on par with the others. Another great one that was kind of an antagonist for a while was Varik too. Not a traditional villain but possibly my favorite on the list behind Zaheer.
