Rightly or wrongly, Bruno said what he said because he’s DEEPLY frustrated with the state of this football club. He also must hold himself and his teammates ACCOUNTABLE, but make no mistake, it's because he CARES massively. More than can be said for others…

If a second rate Nigerian goalie who jumped on the “free Palestine” bandwagon is what you define as an Irish hero then you need serious education. Nigeria accounts for 72% of the global total for the genocide of Christians. Not a peep from this one 👇🏼

Worth repeating: these weirdos had no issue playing Qatar in a friendly only 4 months ago. Those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others…
Republic of Ireland’s players are considering boycotting Sunday’s match against Israel after Gavin Bazunu, the goalkeeper, said he did not want to play. Meetings are taking place at the team’s hotel in Hungary this morning as the players discuss whether they will collectively refuse to play the Nations League game as an act of protest against Israel’s actions in Gaza. 🔗: telegraph.co.uk/football/202…

The idea of Ireland having some sort of “moral” stance on anything related to sports is a joke in and of itself. I guess they forgot this? We didn’t… Yalla Israel 🇮🇱

This is blatant disinformation from an Irish media outlet. Sayed Abu Farchi, an Arab Muslim Israeli (of course not specified), was obviously doing a snooker cue. He has done this in many matches including club football. Our journalists cannot possible be this stupid. They are lying on purpose in order to dehumanise and demonise an entire nation.
An Israel player was sent off for a celebration as Austria claimed a 3-1 victory in Ireland’s Nations League group. Sayed Abu Farchi had equalised for Israel when he ran to the corner of the pitch, pulled out the flag and appeared to mimic firing a gun. jrnl.ie/7172960

The Mainoo narrative rival fans have been trying to force is pretty much entirely based off one clip in the game where Anderson won the ball from him. I’ve been wondering why the clip of Mainoo breezing past him and leaving him on the floor hasn’t been posted, only to watch the game back and see that it didn’t even make it into the broadcast because they were still showing the replay of him hitting the post🤦‍♂️🤣

The ball curls a few inches less and the MOTM award goes to Mainoo as well as the widespread narrative that he’s a more complete player than Anderson. That’s football for you and fickle narratives for you. Kobbie Mainoo is in the conversation 🗣️
