A tough lesson to learn is to never want something for someone more than they want it for themselves especially for an adult. Meet them halfway, help if they ask but let people be accountable for their own growth, sometimes there is a reason why people are where they are.
When I got my sister an 75k role interview with a HR friend of mine & she overslept.
I stopped helping EVERYONE.
My friend literally said she was gonna hire her off the strength of me, told me how to pass the assessment, told me what she needed to say during the interview and the girl never showed up.
