Page 5 immediately follows with their desire to ban porn and imprison porn producers in order to eliminate any possible propaganda of either misogyny or "transgenderism". This includes banning any display of transness and marking anyone who does engage with that as a sex offender

jokes do have implications. if somebody makes mocking encouragement to vote a mainstay of their content, it will discourage people to vote, because you've made it "cringe" it doesn't take a genius to figure out that jokes have subtext. ignoring that is intellectually dishonest.
