This story on KJ Adams and his mom was hard to write, but I’m honored they trusted me to tell it. No matter who you root for, you’re going to fall in love with this family. theathletic.com/4152204/2023…

Remy Martin had his best game for Kansas since coming back from his injury: 12 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, 0 turnovers in 26 minutes off the bench. If he is really going to buy into his role and play that efficiently, the game has changed for Kansas.

1. Drew a foul on an Agbaji post pin straight off of the inbounds pass
2. Got the elevator screen for a 3
3. Caught Oklahoma cheating their normal Iverson lob SLOB play for a pop to the 3-point line instead
