I'm putting it out there. I'm neither a DA supporter nor a Mashaba fan. In fact, I find his views on immigration Xenophobic but he solved my billing problem after 9 months. I got a R600k water bill, his offices couldn't help. One email to @HermanMashaba , solved. Thank u Sir.👍✊
