Hey everyone,
If you are reading this, that means TaPlot has unfortunately passed away.
I am his oldest son, and I want to take a minute to sincerely thank every one of you that supported him throughout this fight, you helped him keep his motivation, but you also helped me a lot. When I was feeling worried about him, I would often go to his page and read all the supportive comments, and they would give us both so much hope.
He was a great dad, he never stopped fighting, not even in his last week. I sat beside him and told him he could rest and I was proud of him, and he simply shook his head. He still wasn't giving up.
It hurts losing him, because, losing my father means I lost the only man who ever truly wanted me to be better than himself.
I will not be deleting any of his posts, everything will stay here as it was.
There's one more thing I want to leave everyone with.
When my dad died, the cancer died too. It wasn't a loss, it was a tie. He's at peace, and the cancer isn't. So if you really think about it, he won. đď¸

This is unprecedented.
Micron, $MU, and Nvidia, $NVDA are expected to account for 36% of the S&P 500âs earnings growth in Q3 2026 earnings season.
This comes as $MU and $NVDA are expected to contribute +5.2 and +4.6 percentage points to the indexâs +27% YoY earnings growth, respectively.
Meanwhile, the next 8 top contributors are projected to add +8.2 percentage points, accounting for ~30% of the estimated S&P 500âs net income growth.
Then, the remaining 490 stocks are set to contribute just +9.2 percentage points, representing 34% of the indexâs projected earnings growth.
Excluding those top 10 contributors, earnings growth is estimated to decline -11% YoY in Q3.
Never in history have we witnessed market concentration like this.

US electricity prices are skyrocketing.
The average price of US residential electricity has risen +11% since January 2025, to 19.6 cents per kilowatt-hour in August 2026, near an all-time high.
Average prices during the first 8 months of 2026 were +40% higher than in the same period of 2019.
The largest increase in residential electricity prices over this period was in Maine, at +90%, followed by California and New York, at nearly +70%.
This comes as the AI boom is intensifying electricity demand, with data centers requiring enormous amounts of electricity to power thousands of chips and cooling systems.
A 1-gigawatt data center can consume as much electricity as 800,000 homes.
As a result, wholesale electricity prices in areas near significant data center activity surged by as much as +267% between 2020 and 2025.
The AI revolution is driving a surge in electricity demand, and households are increasingly feeling the cost.

BREAKING: Iran is moving to force Google, Meta, Microsoft and Amazon to obtain passage permits, undergo technical inspections and pay sovereignty fees for the undersea internet cables running through its territorial waters in the Strait of Hormuz, per Tasnim.
At least two major cable systems, FALCON and Gulf Bridge International, run directly through Iranian territorial waters in the Strait. Iran says their physical placement on Iran's seabed creates a legal basis to apply its own regulations, requiring the owning companies to meet environmental and seabed monitoring standards and to pay for Iranian supervisory services.
More than 99% of international data traffic travels through undersea cables.
The move comes as Iran said yesterday that if the war restarts, the region's undersea cables, data centers and AI facilities "will be destroyed," putting their total value at more than $2 trillion.

A stock can be one of the strongest names in the market and still be a poor entry for my system.
When I review a leader, I ask three questions:
1. STRENGTH â Is the stock outperforming, and is its group showing relative strength too?
2. LOCATION â Where is price relative to the daily 21 EMA and weekly trend?
3. RISK â Where would the idea be wrong, and does the entry give me room to manage it?
$TEAM $RNG $MU $FROG $SNDK $NET $TWLO $PLTR $SNX $VEEV $SNOW $TER $AXTI $SWKS $U $DOCU $META $ESTC $ANF
vs
$AMD $P $RBRK $MXL $OKTA $PENG $GME
Those answers donât always line up. I can like a stock, want to own it, and still wait.
Thatâs why we built the Leaders map inside the new TradersLab Lab Report. It puts daily and weekly positioning together so I can separate leaders near my entry area from leaders that have already run too far for a fresh position.
The daily area highlighted is â0.5 to +1 ATR from the 21 EMA. Itâs a location filter, not an automatic buy signal. I still need the structure, market context, and risk plan to fit.
Try this with one name on your watchlist: are you seeing a setup, or just a strong stock youâre afraid to miss?
Iâll walk through the full process live tomorrow, Thursday at 11 a.m. ET. discord.gg/7qjHxmtZ?event=15âŚ

Investors have rarely been this bullish on tech.
Long speculative positioning in Nasdaq futures is up to nearly 50% of open interest, its highest since 2017.
This covers hedge funds, CTAs, and other institutional investors trading Nasdaq futures.
In other words, the net long Nasdaq futures position of these investors equals ~50% of all currently open Nasdaq futures contracts.
This marks a sharp reversal from a net short position as a % of open interest just a few weeks ago.
By comparison, Nasdaq net long positioning was below 25% of open interest for most of 2021-2025.
Meanwhile, net short positioning in Russell 2000 futures is down to -30% of open interest, its most bearish level since late 2025.
Investors are becoming extremely bullish on tech.
