Well done to all who competed!
A great night's running at Ladywell Arena with Lewisham's @KentAthClub 5000m champs. Well done men's champ Dame Dibaba with a not too shabby 15:05 win. I believe that cup has Olympian @Lixsanyee's name engraved on it from a previous year

Great to see Lewisham's @Lixsanyee racing on the streets (and in the docks) of London today.

Another race and another British record 🇬🇧
Earlier this week, Clare Elms took almost 25 seconds off of Fiona Matheson's British W60 3000m record with 10:33.34 at Tonbridge 🏃♀️
It was her 11th British W60 record of year and she currently holds 24 different UK age group records 💥
